★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoshinoya is a classic restaurant for me. I absolutely adore the menu options. The service is always quick, you can order, eat, and pay within twenty minutes.The quality and flavour cannot be beat for a restaurant in this price range. If I could eat at Yoshinoya every single week I would. The gyuudon bowl came highly recommended to me, and if you visit Yoshinoya you MUST try a gyuudon bowl. The curry is excellent, too, but stick with the gyuudon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A premium Yoshinoya. The interior is very cafe like but still individual sittings only. This shop not only serves Gyudon but really good chicken karage. Mostly salary man will come here to have a quick meal. Not ideal for groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Yoshinoya experience ever ! The menu in this outlet is unique. Not just the regular Gyudon. It's also got several chicken options and a veggie curry option. Refreshing interiors as well ! Hope Yoshinoya promotes this format and replicates it soon to other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a place that opens early for breakfast and serves delicious food, this is a good choice. The service is fast and the prices are reasonable. For foreign tourists, there is an English language menu available though the pictures do make it fairly clear what's in a dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Yoshinoya was really close to my hotel, so I had a chance to eat here a few times. They have one of the fancier seating arrangements, where each seat is positioned at an angle next to each other, so technically you're not really sitting next to the person next to you.
The service was great, and the food was delicious. The staff can speaks some English, which is no surprise since I saw many tourists came to this place (Akihabara is very touristy) when I ate there.
If you're looking for a quick, cheap, delicious food after tired roaming Akihabara, you can't go wrong with this place. There's no English menu, but you can pretty much order by looking at the pictures and pointing to what you want.
