★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書いているようにとても残念な医師が一名おり、その方に当たってしまったため星一つとしました。恰幅のよい男性医師です。こちらが質問をすると、知識のない素人が深読みするなとか、黙ってこっちの指示通りの行動だけをしろなどと、声を荒らげて威圧的な発言をします。他の先生や病院自体は良いのだろうと思いますが、この医師がいる限り星1です。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく赴任してきた男性医師が非常に残念でした。
こちらからの質問に対して、なぜ貴方はその質問をしてきたか等から始まります。聞いて納得がいかないと質問自体のダメ出しをされます。いちいち裏を詮索してないで、聞いたことに対してシンプルにきちんと答えてもらいたい。
ここに来る人はそれぞれ様々な悩みを抱えています。色々な事情や歴史があります。貴方が納得できる質問を用意する必要もないはずです。患者をジャッジせず、言葉に気をつけて、初心に帰ってください。
院長は声が小さいですが、信頼しています。ほぼ休みなく働いており頭が下がります。看護師さん達も殆どがいい方です。トータル的には予約が取りづらい等多少の不便もありますが、実績のある病院です。
本当にその医師だけが、残念です。

2年経過にも関わらず倍近い数字。
こちらを語るには、これが何よりの数字ではないでしょうか。
患者さんが多すぎるので、ゆっくり先生と話をする時間はなく、1から10まで説明して欲しい、メンタルのケアまでしてほしいという人には向きません。
ただその割には渡される資料が豊富で自分で勉強ができるなど、システムは良く考えられていると思います。
保険適用範囲含め料金はとても良心的です。
不評の予約システムも、一人でも多くの患者さんを診るために考えられたものだと思います。
患者さんが多いので、カルテに書かないようなやり取りを記憶されているはずがなく、先生の言うことが前回と違うということはありましたが、主張すれば納得のいくやり方にして貰えました。
その点では自分でちゃんと勉強した上で、思ったことは主張する必要があります。
噂のウィスパーボイスも、拍子抜けするくらい普通でした。
こちらにたどり着くまでは、表向き患者のことを思っているようでも、金のことしか考えていないような病院もありました。
私は本当に信頼できる病院に出会えたと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体外受精で通っています。院長先生は声が小さいのは口コミ通りですが一生懸命治療に尽くしてくださっているのは伝わってきます。初回の移植がダメだった時「@@さん、ここからですよ。」と目を見ておっしゃってくださり、気持ちが救われました。また経験豊富なので検査の有無もすぐ判断して行ってくださいます。培養士さんも感じの良い方で、丁寧に説明してくださいます。
一方、看護師さんは忙しいのはわかりますが患者への対応が「雑」だと感じます。注射の副作用がひどいという相談をしたところ「我慢するしかないですね。あ、市販薬は効きませんので」と冷たく言われたのみでした。別の看護師さんにも相談しましたが同じような反応でした。
かと言って処置の腕が良いかというと、採血時2回に1回は内出血を起こしますので「?」です。
また初めての採卵手術のとき、私に1つ不備があって数分時間が必要になってしまった時も看護師さんに「先生をお待たせしてしまうと大変なのよ」というクレーム(?)を延々と言われ、採卵前でさらにナーバスになりました。分刻みで治療をしてくださる先生方には頭が下がりますし私の不備は申し訳ないのですが、手術前の患者への対応ではないと思います。
自分も含め、不妊治療で通院している人はナーバスになったり心身ともに大変な人が多いと思います。処置をするのが仕事とは思いますが
伝え方1つで患者側の印象も変わると思います。
院長先生は短時間であってもホスピタリティのある穏やかな対応をしてくださるので、院内でその良い部分を共有いただければもっと通いやすいクリニックになるのではと期待しております。

しかも一回の量が多いです。
若い方ならいいかもしれませんが、ある程度の年齢以上の方には刺激が強すぎて閉経に向かう危険性もあるかもしれません。
治療方針も変わらず、納得できるものではありません。
予約方法も朝7時半に起きないと予約できないという大変面倒なシステムです。
上記を踏まえ、転院を検討中です。

院長の声はかなり小さいです!いまコロナ対策の透明カーテンもあるので余計に聞きとれない。耳をシールドにくっつけて聞いてました。
でも口コミ通りの優しい、しかし冗長には話さず的確に結論をお話してくれる先生です。
受付や看護師の対応はかなり個人差があります。
感じの良い方がいれば、悪い方もいる
受付は12時半〜14時の間はできません。12時25分くらいに来院された方に受付のケバい化粧のおばさまがすごく冷たく対応していたのが印象的でした。間に合ってるんだから、そんなに冷たく言わなくても。。患者さんなぜか謝ってました。

I didn't get to that point that I can judge because the booking system of that clinic just doesn't allow to have a regular job. I wait every time for 2 hours on average even though they have a digital booking system. It happened already twice that I need to cancel either a work related meeting or the appointment. Their system works like that: you need to book a number at 7.30 am. If you book at 7.40 you won't get an appointment on that day. As soon as you get the number they have an internet service which keeps track of how many people are standing before you in the row. That's why the appointments are flexible and it can happen that you still need to wait for 2 hours before you get in. So, basically I need to be alerted the whole day and check the number of people before me. I need to stay available for the appointment the whole day. This is service is obviously made for people haven't nothing to do in their life's. Go to another place if you can. 2. They don't speak English (I can speak Japanese sufficiently)
