アレルギー学会で意味がないとされている高額な遅延型フードアレルギー検査を勧めてくること、院長がスピリチュアルな本を出版し続けていること、科学的に信用性が怪しい装置を待合室に導入していること、などから医療機関として信頼できないという結論になりました。
また、クレジットカード加盟店規約違反である1万円以上の支払いにのみカード使用可能であること、さほど混んでいないときでも異常なほど会計までの待ち時間があること、正確な比較はできていませんが処方薬が前にかかっていた病院より高いことから、会計面でも危ぶまれます。
さらに、医師の一人がタメ口になりがち、高圧的な物言いをする方がいて、他の口コミにある評判の悪い医師は彼女なのだろうなと推察します。
こちらは個人的好みではありますが、待合室からフルネームで呼び出させるのが嫌でした。病院では番号で呼び出したあとに、個室で氏名照会すべきと考えます。
内装はとてもきれいですが、床が軋み、壁にホコリが付着していたりと、見た目だけという印象です。

The interior is very clean, but the floor is creaking and the walls are dusty, giving the impression that it only looks.

私も数年前に婦人科の症状でこちらのクリニックにかかり（初めての婦人科受診だったので、女性医師＆女性スタッフの病院を理由に選びました）、そのときに受けた無神経な対応から、婦人科恐怖症になりました。特に内診を終えて検査室を出た直後に院長がスタッフと爆笑した声が聞こえてきたときは耳を疑い、呆然となりました。受付スタッフの私語もあり、病院というよりエステのような施設といった印象です。
この病院での体験がトラウマとなり、その後の数年間は体調が悪くても婦人科に行くことができなくなりました。
幸い今は、別のとても良い婦人科に巡り合うことができました。横浜市内には産婦人科は沢山あるので、こちらで不愉快な思いをされた方は、めげずに他の病院をトライしましょう。

こちらの病院名＋「クチコミ」で検索をかけると、トップに「日本医師応援団」という聞き慣れないサイトが表示されます。このサイトの登録医院は全国でたった4件のみで、202件中119件のクチコミがこちらの医院に対するもので、高評価ばかりです。そしてその多くは同日に投稿されています。どういう理由によるのか、ちょっと怖いです…。

The experience at this hospital was traumatic and for the next few years I couldn't go to gynecology even if I was sick.
Fortunately, I was able to meet another very good gynecologist now. There are many obstetrics and gynecology departments in Yokohama, so if you feel uncomfortable here, don't be afraid to try another hospital.

If you search by this hospital name + "word-of-mouth", an unfamiliar site called "Japanese doctor cheering party" will be displayed at the top. There are only 4 registered clinics nationwide on this site, and 119 out of 202 reviews are for this clinic, which is highly rated. And many of them are posted on the same day. I'm a little scared for what reason ...

医院長は写真と違いすぎる。悪くはないが親切な人ではない。
わざわざいくところではない。

スタッフは女性の方がいいという人にはピッタリかと思います。

5.6年前からお世話になっておりピルの処方や毎年の子宮頚がん検診で利用しておりました。
今年の3月に検診を受けた際、再検査となり中等度異常形成のため悪化すれば手術も必要になるので3か月ごとの検査が必要と言われました。
2度目に再検査を受けた際はそれが悪化していないかの細胞診の検査を受けましたが先月11月に受けた際にはなぜか通常の検査を受けさせられ、10日後以降の再検査の予約をその当日にさせられそうになりました。
不思議に思い、「なぜ今日受けた検査の結果がわかる前に次段階の再検査の予約をするんですか」と聞いたところ受付の方が準備に時間がかかるのでと返答されました。
ですが私の病状もわかった上での検査ですし、1か月前から予約していたのになぜ不要な検査を受けるのか意味がわからず結局必要であった細胞診の検査をその当日30分もたたずに受け、先生が来て謝られ、最初に受けた不要な検査代は全額返金されました。
半年以上たった11月にやっと原因であるウイルスの種類を調べる検査をしたところウイルスは見つからず、保険がきかないためわざわざ海外から来ているのにもかかわらず、長く治療をさせようとされていたことにショックでした。
不安で不安で
悪化すれば癌にもなるため手術も必要になると言われればお金は関係なく心配なのでどんなに遠くとも海外からだろうと飛んで検査をしに日本へ戻ったのですが、不要な検査をさせられて本当に不安になりました。
海外から検査結果について少し確認したところメール一件につき5000円と言われました。
全くおススメしません、

However, it is a test after understanding my medical condition, and I did not understand why I had an unnecessary test even though I had made a reservation from a month ago, so I had to do a cytopathology test on that day 30 I received it in less than a minute, the teacher came and apologized, and the first unnecessary examination fee was fully refunded.
In November, more than half a year later, I finally did a test to find out the type of virus that caused the virus, but I couldn't find the virus. I was shocked.

メンタルにかかっていることを伝えているのに精神面で落ち込んだことで生理が不順になったのでは？と伝えたら「そんなんだからダメなのよ」と吐き捨てられ、希望してもないのにカウンセリングを受けるよう指示されました。
薬の効能について医師が読む辞書（のようなもの）に書いてある内容と違う説明をされ、それについて疑問に思い質問しても「自分の言っていることが理解できないのか」という対応です。
予約制なので自分の都合で受診できないうえ、体調不良でも直前のキャンセルはペナルティを受けます。非常に不親切だと思います。
そのかわり非常勤の医師はとても親切で丁寧な診察をしてくれるので、予約を取る際はそちらにした方が嫌な思いはしないのでおすすめです。
追記
スピリチュアル系の本を書いているようですが、アロマにも手を出しているのかものすごく臭いときがあります。咳が止まらないレベルに臭うのでアロマオイルの質が悪いか臭いがキツすぎるのかどちらかではないかと。強い臭いが苦手な方も避けた方がいいと思います。

高評価のみに返信していて驚きました。そういうところが低評価につながっているのだと思います。非常勤の先生が勤めている別の医院をご存知の方いらっしゃらないでしょうか。

It seems that he is writing a spiritual book, but there are times when it smells very bad, perhaps because he is also working on aroma. It smells to a level where coughing doesn't stop, so the quality of the aroma oil may be poor or the smell may be too strong. I think you should avoid those who are not good at strong odors.

こちらの話を聞かず、自ら私の体の状態を理解しようと質問してくるなどもなく、
もちろん検査内容の事前説明も一切ありません。
カルテにも私が言ったことがきちんと記載されてませんでした。
皆女性で運営しているのに、全く女性に寄り添ってないことがわかり
とても悲しかったです。
今回は「検査で男性の医師に見られたくない」という気持ちから
女医がいるクリニックを選びました。
しかしその気持ちは捨てて、婦人科を選びたいと思います。
患者と真摯に向き合うのに、先生が男でも女でも関係ないことを学べたので、その点ではこちらに行った意味がありました。

患者の症状を全く聞かないクリニックと「相性」が合う方も、稀にいるのかもしれませんね。
