お店の人が着用しているビニール手袋に、漬物の汁がついていたようで、おつりとべったらを入れてくれた袋にまで漬物の汁がついてました。
今度は別の袋持参で買いにいきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人形町に来たら必ず寄るお漬物と惣菜のお店。店先にはお漬物がズラリと並んでいます。日本橋名物「べったら漬」が売りです。べったら漬をちょっとだけ食べたい場合は”切り落とし”（３５０円）があります。１本買うよりはリーズナブルです。それと「生いぶりがっこ」が好きで、あるときは必ず買う。なかなか美味。キムチなど安売りしているときもあるので、一度立ち寄ってみては如何か？

お昼は自分でオカズをチョイスできるお弁当もやっています。
台湾の自助餐みたいな感じでガラスケースから自分の好きなオカズを好きなだけ選ぶことが出来、ご飯も白米か五穀米のいずれかを選べます。
残念なのはオカズが全体的に味が濃すぎることと、お米の炊き方が柔らか過ぎることでしょうか・・・
自慢のべったら漬は必ずごはんに添えられています。
