 I ate wild boar hoto, but the amount was small for the price (2,300 yen), it was hard, and the taste was not good.

Hoto is over 1500 yen except Shingen hoto, and all vegetables are onions. Not worth the price

猪の味がどんなものか、正直よくわかっていないが、鍋の出汁からは獣臭さといったものは無し。出汁だけだと連れの【鴨ほうとう】と違いがわからなかった。やや残念だったが、下処理がよくされてるってことなのかな。
肉だけ食べると歯応えと味がしっかりする豚肉。美味しかったから肉だけでお腹いっぱいにしたいw
麺は固めの歯応えでした。他の店でよぼよぼなのを食べたので、こっちの方が食べ応えあり。
出汁は味噌の味がしっかりしていて、甘味が強く美味しかったです。

To be honest, I'm not sure what the taste of wild boar is, but there is no animal smell from the soup stock in the pot. I couldn't tell the difference between the soup stock and the companion [duck hoto]. It was a little disappointing, but I wonder if the pretreatment is well done.
Pork that has a firm texture and taste when you eat only meat. It was delicious so I want to fill my stomach with just meat w
The noodles were firm and chewy. I ate a sloppy food at another store, so this one is more satisfying.
The soup stock had a strong miso taste and was very sweet and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばが食べたくて看板に、そばと、書いてたので入りました。肉(さくら)そばをいただきました。味が、しっかりしていて身体も温まり満足出来ました。観光地の為かメニューを見ると定食等は少し、お値段高めかな？と思いましたが、周りのお客さんを見てると、「美味しい」と食べてましたね！
I wanted to eat soba on the signboard because I wrote soba on it. I had a soba noodle (sakura). The taste was firm and my body warmed and I was satisfied. If you look at the menu for sightseeing, is it a bit expensive for set meals? I thought, but when I saw the customers around me, I ate "Delicious"!

ちょっとした店の不手際がありましたが後の対応も良くて好感が持てました。
ただうどんはただ太くて堅いだけだったのでお勧めしません。それが残念でした。
Hoto was a thick soup with lots of vegetable ingredients and was very delicious.
There was a slight mistake in the store, but the response afterwards was good and I liked it.
I don't recommend udon because it was just thick and stiff. That was a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨肉が入ったほうとうをいただきました。
鴨肉はしっかり入ってましたし、野菜の切り方や味付けから、丁寧に作っている様子が感じられ、とても落ち着く味わいでした。
普段使いで通うにはちょっとお高いですが、旅行した際に寄る分には許容範囲だと思います。
I had a hoto with duck meat.
The duck meat was well contained, and the way the vegetables were cut and seasoned made me feel that they were being made carefully, and the taste was very calm.
It's a little expensive for everyday use, but I think it's acceptable for people to stop by when traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that the service will be TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE... Only 1 guy is in charge of cooking and attending everything. Since we arrived we knew that we would not have a very pleasant experience because when he brought us the water to the table he put the glasses on it reluctantly and roughly.
Also the food plates he threw them at us(LITERALLY), he did not have the bother to place them calmly and he was not friendly either. Completly rude and aggressive from the very beginning to the end.
The food is fair but honestly the service left a lot to say. I had never experienced anything like this in Japan and I am honestly very disappointed. We were 5 people so it was not only something seen from my perspective but everyone's.
Finally, when it was time to pay, he did not want us to be near him and in the end we ended up paying more than what it was(he was aware of it because we were talking to him in japanese but he didn't want to hear us), since he was kicking us out of the place.
Probably the WORST place to eat in Japan, talking from the point of view of customer service.
