★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ｢私部(きさいち)城」は室町から戦国
期の15世紀から16世紀にかけて戦いの拠点となりました。
最初は室町幕府の奉公衆で、私部郷を本拠とした有力国人毛利次郎氏の居城として因幡守護の山名氏や但馬守護の本家の山名氏と戦いました。
次は尼子勝久、山中鹿之助、亀井新十郎(後の亀井茲矩)が天正元年(1573年)11月上旬から天正3年(1575年)6月中旬までの間、私部城を拠点として毛利陣営の吉川、小早川両氏と戦いました。そして毛利氏の配下となりその後は豊臣氏に従います。
こうした厳しい戦乱を生き抜いた城跡や山麓の樹木が物言わずして当時を語っています。
城下の数人の方に｢私部城」についてお尋ねすると皆さん我が事のように教えて下さいました。とても感激しました。素敵な歴史ある環境に素敵な方々がお住まいです。
山城への登口は旧市場(いちば)警察官駐在所前から始まりこの付近が城の大手口になります。

It became the base of battle from the 15th century to the 16th century.

The ruins of the castle and the trees at the foot of the mountain that survived such a harsh war tell the time.
When I asked several people in the castle about "Ibe Castle", everyone told me like me. I was very impressed. Lovely people live in a nice historic environment.
The entrance to Yamashiro begins in front of the old market (1st) police officer's representative office.

麓には縄張り図があったが駐車場所が分からず登城断念。
A castle that was built and built by Inaba Mori, a leading national of Inaba.
