Compared with the shrines and temples in Kyoto etc., there will be no remarkable structures such as eye-catching small ruins, but I think it is a proof that it has survived with the ancient Japanese nature. As it is an existing area described in Kojiki, I think it is an archeological site that has historical value of Japan and can prove that fact. Personally, I think that it was the proof of the area's ability to continue making good use of the selection of excellent location conditions and the conditions that could last from the era of Kojiki to the present age.

"Hoshi Momoi Ruined Temple Ruins" is a ruins of a temple with a cathedral that was erected in the land of Hoshi Momoi from the middle of the 7th century to the beginning of the 8th century. The ruins of the temple are located in the gentle foothills of Mt. Reishi. Since the capital moved to Naraheijokyo in the early 8th century, dating back about a century and a half from this time, by the time Buddhism had just been introduced from Baekje to Japan, the middle gate and auditorium were located in the land of Hajime Hoshi. The temple was connected by a corridor, and a temple with a cathedral tower erected on the west side of the corridor and the tower on the east side. At that time, there was no doubt that the power, wealth, and technical group (migrants) who had implemented the Imperial Court had been concentrated in this area. Then, in the middle of the 8th century, the Buddhist culture deepened further, and the stage of history shifted to the Inaba National Government and the Kokubunji Temple. Oban Family Owner will be assigned as Inaba National Guard. "Hoshi Momoi Ruins Temple Ruins" performs the bridge of the history (Hakuho culture → Tenpyo culture), and speaks to us as a living witnessed archeological site.
