a	abu yuji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていた、お店です。住宅街の中にあります。駐車場はお店の横に6台停められます。お店の裏にもあるようです。お店に入ってみると、4人掛けのテーブル席が 4卓と小上がりに4卓、奥に座敷があるようです。 4人掛けのテーブルが1つ空いていたので、そこに座りました。メニューを見て、らーめんと半チャーハンにしようと思ったのですが、半チャーハンにしても値段が変わらない、との事だったので普通盛りのチャーハンにしました。待っている間に店内を見渡すと、飲酒率が高いです。奥の座敷では、少人数の宴会を開いています。人の出入りが凄いです。席が無くて帰る人もいました。住宅街なので歩いて来る人が多いです。らーめんが運ばれて来ました。マスクを外すと良い匂いがします。スープを一口、旨いです。麺をすすりチャーシューを食べて、旨い❗ チャーハンが運ばれて来ました。パラパラではなく、しっとりしています。卵の量が多いです。全体の量も多めです。塩気と旨みがあり、美味しいです。らーめんチャーハンを一気に食べてご馳走さまでした。 It's a shop that I've always been interested in. ジ	ジャルダンピエール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神栖市の市街地の住宅街の中にあります。入り口は歴史を感じ、とても風情のあるものですが、中は小綺麗で、テーブル席数卓と、小上がりがあります。親子丼を頂きました。鶏もも肉は大切りで、半熟卵は程よく熱が入っており絶妙です。つゆは甘すぎず辛すぎずとても美味しいです。みりんがしっかりと使われている感じ。鶏肉は厚切りですが、ちゃんと火が通っていて本当にプロの腕です。自分で作った親子丼は鶏肉になかなか熱が通らず難儀します。玉ねぎも程よくシャキシャキ感が残っていて本当に美味な親子丼。程よくつゆの量があり、最後までご飯につゆが残り美味しいです。細切れの鶏肉が多い親子丼ですが、こちらの親子丼はとても新しい感じがします。また、こちらは青のりが乗っていてとても色合いも良く食欲をそそります。とても、老練なご店主さまの腕は安定しているので、生み出される作品も安心して頂けます。地本の方々で賑わっていらっしゃり、お客さんをとても大切にされている雰囲気も伝わってきます。つぎはラーメン系も試してみたいです。 It is located in a residential area in the city of Kamisu.
