ジ	ジャルダンピエール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい。神栖市の住宅街の中にあります。大きな道に面しており、駐車場のキャパもあります。中は広く、テーブル席、小上がり席もあります。敷地が広いので、テーブルも密ではありません。カレーライスを頂きました。特筆すべきは、お肉がひき肉なことです。自分的には新鮮です。これなら歯の丈夫でないご年配の方も楽に食べられますね。ルーの色は輝きのある濃いめの色をしたなめらかな外観。とろみがあり、口に運ぶとまったりとコクがあります。おそらくラードとカレー粉を炒めて手作りで作ったルーでしょう。辛さは中辛で、程よくスパイスが効いていて、そして、甘さは抑制的でストイックですが、おそらくひき肉などから出た旨味が自然な甘さとなって感じられます。また、ルーに混ざるひき肉がなんとも旨味を感じます。スパイスの心地よい風味があとを引きます。久しぶりに美味しいカレーライスを頂きました。また、ルーも多めで、いつも他店のカレーライスではご飯が残ることが、多いですが、ご飯を丁度食べきりました。地元のお客さんで賑わっていますが、スタッフさんも、明るく如才ない感じで、とても雰囲気が良く、他のお客さんも、まったりとくつろいでいらっしゃいました。本当に素敵な街の定食屋さんという感じです。メニューもバリエーション豊かで今度は別のものを試したいです。 wonderful. 放	放浪親爺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月の平日18時過ぎに初訪問。ほとんどが一人客で人数は少なかったが席はそこそこ埋まっていた。イチオシと書いてあるスタミナ定食を注文。ふと他のテーブルに運ばれた定食のライスをみたら丼に山盛り。慌てて「ご飯少なめで」と変更したら「半ライスだと50円引き」と言われた。それは嬉しい。さて実食。ニンニクが効いた味付けで濃い。なるほどこれを食べきるには米が必要だな、美味い。店員さんは元気で親切。良い店だ、と思ったのはここまで。なんか変な臭いがするな、と思ったら隣の席が喫煙タイム。マジか。みると灰皿が置いてある。さらに店主がマスクしないで店内をウロウロしはじめ、マスクしている店員さんと大きな声で会話を。ああ、残念だ。私にはちょっと無理な店。 First visit after 18:00 on weekdays in March.
