トマトやベビーリーフのサラダ
私には少しドレッシングが多めだったかな?お寿司八貫(ウニ、玉子焼き、赤貝、甘エビ、イカ、白身魚、中トロ２)ウニが甘くとろりしていました。玉子焼きも適度な甘さと軟らかさで好みの味でした。中トロも程よく油がのっていて美味しかったです。茶碗蒸し(海鮮)は出来たばかりだったらしく熱々でしたが、何も言われなかったので普通に食べてしまい、慌てて飲んでいた冷たいノンアルコールを流し込みましたが、そうでなければ吐き出すところでした。タコが入ってましたが、歯の悪い私には食べずらかったので残してしまいました。
お吸い物、海老の頭が２つ入っていたのですが…?出汁もなく塩味⁉醤油味⁉かもわからず三つ葉やネギを入れるでもなく、ただ海老の頭だけがゆらゆらしていました。試しに頭をすすってみましたが、やはり何の味もしませんでした⤵⤵
デザートにアイスクリーム(抹茶)がついてました。前にランチに食べたバニラの方がずっとおいしかったのになぁ。
伺ったのは二度目ですし２ヶ月以上たっているし、覚えててくれとまではいいませんが…?
カウンターの常連さんと違って愛想のない感じで、来ちゃダメなら暖簾仕舞っておいて下さればよかったのに?残念??⤵

I wonder if I had a bit more dressing ? Sushi tanuki (sea urchin, egg omelet, red shellfish, sweet shrimp, squid, white fish, middle toro 2) The sea urchin was sweet and thick. Egg omelet was also a favorite taste with moderate sweetness and softness. Middle Toro was also delicious with a good amount of oil on it. The chawanmushi (seafood) was hot just like it was freshly made, but I didn't say anything so I ate it normally and poured the cold non-alcohol I was drinking in a hurry, but I was about to spit it out. There was an octopus in it, but it was hard for me to eat so I left it.
I had two heads of the shrimp and shrimp... ? No broth, no salt, no soy sauce, no trefoil or leeks. I tried to skim my head, but it didn't taste anything. ⤵⤵
Ice cream (matcha) was attached to the dessert. The vanilla that I ate for lunch before was much better.
This is the second time I've visited it, and it's been more than two months, and I don't want you to remember it...?

店内は昔ながらの寿司屋と言った感じでした。様々な種類の握りのセットが有ります。女性セットや男性セットなんてのも有りますね。
ランチの価格がかなり良心的です。《大盛り握り》1000円を注文。お椀とデザート付きです。
ネタの品質は値段成りよりやや上かと。少々ホタテに臭みが有り、サバが〆過ぎていたりはしましたが、値段を考えれば我慢出来るレベルです。
卵焼きは店で焼いているみたいですね。甘味の強いタイプでした。
ただ、お椀の具が三つ葉だけなのは残念。アオサ位は入れてほしかったです。
デザートはアイス。これは甘過ぎました。
通常の御決まりを食べていないので何とも言えませんが、悪くはないとの印象でした。

However, it is a pity that the bowl is only made of trefoil. I wanted you to put the sea lettuce position.
The dessert is ice cream. This was too sweet.
I can't say anything because I haven't eaten the usual rules, but I had the impression that it wasn't bad.
