★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になっていた「金曜ラーメン」を食べに寄りました。
なんといってもコスパ抜群!400円なのにチャーシュー1枚と切れ端がコロコロ、ほうれん草、海苔2枚、背脂が入ってます。
(追加トッピングもできます。写真はネギトッピング+200円)
肝心のお味は、家系の濃厚さとは対極に位置する、なんとも淡麗&細麺の醤油豚骨ラーメン。
胃もたれせずにすっきり食べることができます。飲んだ後に最適かも。
駐車場も広く寄りやすい。
もともとのラーメンの値段は600円。それでも安いが、600円なら他のラーメン店も選択肢に入ってくるので、金曜日に行きたいお店。(評価は金曜ラーメンに対する評価です。)
I stopped by to eat "Friday ramen" which I was always worried about.
It is excellent at cospa! Even though it is 400 yen, it has 1 char chew and a piece of korokoro, spinach, 2 sheets of nori seaweed, and back fat.
(Additional topping is also possible. Photo is Negittopping + 200 yen)
The essential taste is located at the other end of the family's richness, and it is a soy sauce-pig-bone ramen that is quite pale and thin.
You can eat neatly without being upset. It may be the best after drinking.
Parking lot is easy to be wide widely.
The original ramen price is 600 yen. Still, it is cheap, but if it is 600 yen, other ramen shops will also be an option, so the shop you want to go on Friday. (Evaluation is the evaluation for Friday ramen.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.9.18▶️ かつてR255沿いにこの屋の噂を聞いた頃は訪ねる機会を失していた。大井の中学校近くに引っ越したとのことで訪店せねばと思いつつ半年余りが過ぎた。そうして台風影響が懸念される今日の11時半過ぎに、満を辞して初訪店。
少し離れた貸駐車場の、1番と9番がこの屋が借りるスペースとの手書き表記。他はブランクだが本日現在これで必要十分なのだろう。ガラ空きのここの1番にクルマを停めた。駐車スペースはこのほかは店の前3台分だけの様子。
暖簾をくぐる。きれいな店内だ。先客はわたしと同様のおじさん2人。感染症対策は手指消毒くらい、あとは入口と店奥を大きく開け放って換気に努めている様子。年季の入った券売機で食券を買い注文。このご主人や調理人氏の無愛想で最低限の接客ぶりは、味のほかに余計なエネルギーをあまり費やさないという、かえって此処が旨い店である証左のような印象。そういう屋も多く見てきている。まあ悪い感じではない。
ネギチャーシュー麺を所望。そして程なく丼が来る。それが添付のビジュアルである。
率直に旨い。背脂がスープ表面に行き渡っておりそれでいて少しも拗さがない。豚骨の旨味があっさりと、しかし深いコクを持って向き合うわたしを魅了し続ける。ストレート麺はしっかり食べ応えがあり喉越しもよく、ネギと叉焼は吟味され作り込まれており、全体によい調子を出すための優れた脇役に徹する。これは…旨いスープという主役を心ゆくまで味わう、バランスのよい一杯である。いわゆる家系や二郎系など、尖った主張を売りとする豚骨屋とは一線を画した、誰もが好きになれる味を追究するひと屋、との見方である。
ご馳走様でした。今度は、仲間や家族を連れてくるとしようか。
2021.9.18 ▶ ️ When I heard rumors about this shop along R255, I had lost the opportunity to visit. About half a year has passed, thinking that I should visit the store because I moved to a place near Oi's junior high school. Then, after 11:30 today, when there are concerns about the effects of typhoons, I resigned and visited the store for the first time.
Handwritten notation that No. 1 and No. 9 are the spaces rented by this shop in the rental parking lot a little away. Others are blank, but as of today, this is probably enough. I parked the car at No. 1 here, which was empty. Other than this, the parking space is only for 3 cars in front of the store.
Go through the curtain. It's a beautiful store. The first customers are two uncles like me. Infectious disease countermeasures are about hand disinfection, and it seems that the entrance and the back of the store are wide open for ventilation. Buy and order meal tickets at a ticket vending machine with the season. The unfriendly and minimal customer service of this husband and cook does not spend much extra energy in addition to the taste, which gives the impression that this is a delicious restaurant. I have seen many such shops. It's not a bad feeling.
I want green onion pork noodles. And soon the bowl will come. That is the attached visual.
Frankly delicious. The backfat is spread over the surface of the soup, yet there is no stubbornness. The taste of pork bones is light, but it continues to fascinate me as I face it with a deep richness. The straight noodles are responsive and easy to eat, and the green onions and roasted pork are carefully scrutinized and made, and they play an excellent supporting role to give a good overall tone. This is a well-balanced cup where you can enjoy the protagonist of delicious soup to your heart's content. The view is that it is a shop that pursues a taste that everyone can like, which is different from the pork bone shop that sells sharp claims such as the so-called family line and Jiro line.
It was a treat. Suppose you bring your friends and family this time.

味・麺共にほぼラーショです。
普通で注文しましたが、個人的にはやや味薄めかな…
個人的には麺は良いのですが、スープにパンチがないと言ったら良いのか…
不味くはないのですが、イマイチぼやけた感じ…
尚、駐車場は店前に2台、美容室横に1台ありましたが、美容室横は軽専用と思った方が良いです。
近隣環境面含めて次はないかな…
といった感じです。
まあ、普通ラーメン400円の日もあるようなので、それならコスパ高いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転後、日が浅いためキレイなお店です。週一サービス金曜ラーメンごちそうさまでした。ラーメン並盛り650円が金曜日だけ400円でサービスされます。券売機の右下に発券ボタンがあります。デフォのラーメンはトンコツ醤油プラス背油にホウレン草、海苔、ネギ、チャーシューの具が乗ったと定番の家系ですが県西版に改良されているようです。
It's a beautiful shop because it's been a short time since the move. Weekly service Friday ramen feast. Ramen assortment of 650 yen will be served for 400 yen only on Fridays. There is a ticketing button at the bottom right of the ticket vending machine. The default ramen is a classic family with tonkotsu soy sauce plus back oil with spinach, seaweed, green onions, and char siu, but it seems to have been improved to the prefecture west version.

驚いたことは、提供スピードの速さ!

麺固めの麺上げの速さは2分とかからず!!
あれこれ準備しているうちに着丼!!
ネギと細切れチャーシューをごま油であえたもの
チャーシューは腕に組みたいな部位が3枚と脂身多めの部位が2枚入り
麺は2玉分、序盤は固めからスープを吸い柔らかめの食感まで楽しむことができた
味付けたまご3個がどん、どん、ドーンと!
半分に割ってネギ丼の上に!
スープは背アブラたっぷりのとんこつ醤油、普通で塩味は強め
チャーシューには粗びき黒胡椒がばっちり合う!
卓上調味料(にんにく、辛味、ラーメンたれ)を少しずつ入れ味変を楽しむ!
いつもお酢に辿り着く前に完食してしまう
ネギ丼にはスープに浸していたくたネギをのせシャキとくたの食感
初めてのラーメンショップ、ラーショ系のネギづくしで満足!!
ただ、
今回緊急事態宣言解除後の訪問で
店内に入ると店主の親父さんはマスクをしていない
アルコール消毒をしようと思い入り口周辺を探すが
アルコール消毒薬なし、解除で撤去した?探し方が下手だったか?
カウンター席のアクリル板等の設置無し、解除で撤去?
いやいや、これは流石に無いとヤバイやろ
という感じで、食事自体はとても美味しかったのに(星5)
コロナ対策は......残念ぼしです。
