蕎麦は地産地消、水が良いこともあり、蕎麦はもちろん、蕎麦湯も楽しめました。抹茶塩での天ぷらも美味しい。

道沿いのおばちゃん達がやっている蕎麦屋。駐車場広い。コロナ対策で他県の訪問は制限中なので注意を!蕎麦のレベルは高く、天ぷらもあっさりしていて美味しい。ただし、何が来るかは運のみぞ知る。

鹿沼蕎麦を美味しくいただけるお店です。 鹿沼市北西部のかなり奥地にはなりますが、シンプルな飾らない味がとても良いです。 十年ぶりに利用しました。 メニューは蕎麦以外にも野菜天などいくつかありますが、やはり鹿沼蕎麦を食すのであればもりそばでいただくのがおすすめだと思います。 また、周辺の自然環境が綺麗なところです。 近くを流れる川も水がとても綺麗で癒されます。 この地区から少し北側に大芦川もありこちらもとても綺麗です。 上久我から引田方面へも抜けられますので、時間があればちょっと距離がありますが古峯神社方面へ行ってみても良いでしょう。

Also, the surrounding natural environment is beautiful. The water of the river that flows nearby is very clean and healed. There is also the Oashi River on the north side of this area, which is also very beautiful. You can also go from Kamikuga to Hiketa, so if you have time, you may want to go to Furumine Shrine, although it may be a little far away.

駐車場たっぶりです。野菜天ぷら揚げたてザクザクです。蕎麦は細くて歯応えしっかり? 汁も程よい風味が蕎麦に合っていると思います。ドライブがてらにわざわざ行っても納得の蕎麦でした?

初訪問です、天盛り蕎麦大盛りを頂きました。天婦羅はサクサクで大きく抹茶塩で食べるタイプですね・・・しかし別皿が有るわけでなくポロポロこぼれます。食べやすくありません( ´~`)良くお酒を呑まない人に限って天婦羅に塩って言いますが・・・お酒を呑む人は焼き鳥などを含め味付けに塩を好んで使うのはアルコールと糖分を肝臓で分解するのに負担が掛かるためでお酒を呑まない人には何で抹茶塩?って感じです。蕎麦はモチモチ?腰はあまりありません・・・何か家で茹でた蕎麦みたいな感じです。

2021年9月に初めて訪れた「そば処久我」は、界隈に白い花をつけたそば畑があり、地元振興ねらいで特化して建設されたものでしょう。 コロナ対応をした店内にはそばを楽しむお客さんが舌鼓を打っていました。細切りで腰のある「かけそば」と「天ぷら」を楽しみました。

シェアして頂きました。 ・大もり990円もり770円(各税込) 細く硬めの手打ち田舎蕎麦は二八の割合で蕎麦粉が香る喉越しの良い蕎麦。 鰹が効いた風味の良い蕎麦汁はミリンが多めで少々甘めですが美味しいね。 ・野菜天ぷら600円(税込) せり、さつまいも、茄子、椎茸、かき揚げの5種類を抹茶塩で食しました。 揚げ立てでは無く作り置きだが保温庫で温めて有りサクサクの口当たりです。 ご馳走様でした。 二八の手打ち田舎蕎麦は細く硬めの茹で加減で喉越し良く美味しかったです。 少々残念に思うのは天ぷらが揚げ立て熱々では無く作り置きな事でしたね。
