古民家風？凄く細いお蕎麦で美味しかったです。コスパも良いと思います。お店のご夫婦も良い方です。ただ、天ぷらが・・・・(美味しいのゎ美味しい)なので⭐１つ減らしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4回目の訪問。約１年振りの訪問でしたが覚えていて下さいました。
相変わらずの美味しいお蕎麦。
蕎麦は極細の瑞々しく清らかなお蕎麦と言ったところ。
しっかりと風味があり、コシもある。
流石なかなかの打ち手。
汁はキリッとした味付けで返しも上品な。
ネギは、蕎麦に同じく極細切りで水に晒してありシャキシャキで香りも善し。
山葵は恐らく粉を練っているのでしょうか。見た目少し残念だが、香りがあり天婦羅に付けても旨い。
小鉢(日によって変わる)の切干大根がまた懐かしさと暖かみを感じる。
薄曇りの日に来たからか向かいの川には川霧が立ちこめ幻想的な雰囲気の中、縁側で食べる蕎麦は格別。
夏場は虫も多くなるが、普段嫌悪する虫さえも愛らしく思える。

It's a light cloudy day, so the river across from the river is covered with river fog and in a fantastic atmosphere, the buckwheat noodles you eat on the veranda are exceptional.
There are many insects in the summer, but even the insects that you usually hate seem adorable.

囲炉裏もあって、ザ古民家！です。キシミも凄くて楽しいです。
蕎麦も山菜の天ぷらも美味しかったですが、さつま芋の天ぷらが美味しかったです！薄切りではなくて丸々一本の天ぷらで3〜4本で300円でした。
小鉢のひじき煮も美味しかったです♪

冷たいそばと天ぷらをいただきました。そばは今まで食した中で一番細かったです。大根のつまorひやむぎ？という感じの細さでした。こんなに細いのにぶつ切りになってないなんてすごいと思います。取って付けたようなリフォームしている古民家ではなくリアルに生活感のある古民家でのそばは癒されました。
The place was in the mountains more than I expected.
I had cold soba and tempura. Soba was the finest I've ever eaten. Radish Tsumugi or Hiyamugi? It was as thin as that. I think it's amazing that it's so thin but not chopped. The buckwheat noodles in the old folk house, which has a real life feeling, were healed instead of the remodeled old folk house that was attached.
