いつもコロッケなどの揚げ物を買っていましたが、皆さんがよく照り焼きチキンを買っていたのを見て試しに買ってみましたが、甘味がそこまでなくおいしい。おつまみにも良いです。接客はちょっとそっけない感じかな笑

終わりが少し早く日曜はお休み。 土曜日に頑張って行くしかないので、 なかなかサラリーマンなどは行きにくい。 生鮮肉はすごく安いわけではないが、 調理済みの揚げ物等が美味しくて安い。 なかなか混み合っているイメージ。

えらく個性的なお店ですね。 7年位前に引っ越してきた時に立ち寄ったら 他客とけっこううるさい声でしゃべっておられたため 「他のお客さんの事考えてもう少し静かにしてもらえないだろうか」と指摘したら「うるせえ!!」っていわれちゃいました。私も買ったんですが。 ここがずっと営業しているのならこれが上板橋クオリティなんだなと悲しくなりました。単に私が嫌われただけかもわかりませんが 注文しようとした客の事もたまに無視したり順番飛ばしたりするみたいですよ。通行人の悪口言ってるようなのも聞こえてきた事あります。他にも店員が良くないみたいなお声がありますね。ていうかそもそも「お客様」という考えなんてないから「何にも気にしないからここの肉が好きでここの肉を買いたいだけなんだ!!」という方は我慢して行ったら良いと思います。 ☆を1つでも押さないと表示されないみたいなので仕方なく押してます。

マルサンは少なくとも40年以上昔から営業している肉屋で、店頭でコロッケなど揚げ物を安く売ってます。(揚げ物関係は19:00まで)。なぜかカレーパンがある。後、いつからか店員さんがアロハシャツ着てる。 奥は昔ながらで精肉を計り売りで売ってます。TVアド街で紹介されてます。 コロッケは¥80で微かに甘味のある挽き肉入りマッシュポテト。カレーコロッケ¥110はカレーの下味ついたタイプでは無く、カレーパンタイプ。メンチカツ¥120は挽き肉や玉ねぎで柔らかくまとめそのまま食べると甘みが感じられ、大山の精肉店二軒(新井・山重)に比べ厚みがある。 チャーシューは二種類で美味しい、豚肉の部位が違う。特製焼豚は肩ロースの中まで濃厚な調味液が浸透し味が付き身はホロホロな状態、もう一方の焼豚は豚バラの肉と脂身の締まった食感が楽しめる。好みにもよるが炒飯等料理で使うならこっち、素で食べるなら特製、ラーメンに乗せるならどちらも良い。 鶏モモローストのテリヤキは甘味なし醤油ベースで塩加減よし。塩麹味や、日替わりだとおもうが味噌味・唐辛子味・山賊味・レモン塩味・バジル塩味もある(陳列棚下にその日の販売品がマークしてある。)。山賊焼きはにんにく玉ねぎ醤油ベースの味付けで、ローストしないで小麦粉付け油で揚げると信州松本平の名物と同じになるが、店の方は知らないようだ。最近はタンドリーチキン味をよく売ってる。 計り売りの精肉は鶏肉が入ってすぐ柱手前の方、牛・豚肉が柱奥側の広い方のショーケース。松阪牛や国産の黒毛和牛等質の良い肉を扱っていて格安とはいかない。 買う揚げ物を選んでいると店員さんがせかせかしててちょっと嫌。数人他のお客さんすぐ来ないかな~後ろに並び直してからゆっくり選びたい。 週末金・土はサービスディをよくやっていて一部商品特売。特に土曜日18:00過ぎは日曜日営業してないので惣菜の売り切りの為ラスト半額タイムセールなどしてます。

何処かのCMではないが「美味い美味すぎる」皆さんの惣菜評価が高いですが、生鮮肉が良い。金・土のセールで黒毛和牛系が狙い目。 量り売りなので肉の厚さの要望にも答えてくれます。 その他肉の種類も豊富で東武練馬のあ○いけを超えたかな?

お肉の種類はスーパーなどより多いし、惣菜も美味しいモノが多いです。エビフライなど、大きな海老を使ってるのにチェーンのテイクアウトフライ屋さんより100円くらい安いのではないかと思います。お得。ただ店員さんが調理や商品の袋詰めをしながら大声で「いらっしゃいませ〜〜!」とお客をよびこむのは今のご時世的にやめてほしいと思います。コロッケやエビフライをトングで取って袋にいれながらマスク越しとはいえかなりな大声で叫んでるのを見ると「あああ飛沫…!ツバの飛沫が飛んでいる…!」という気持ちになります。アレまじでキツイ。やめてほしい。それゆえ美味しいけれど星三つ。
