近江牛を中心に扱われるお肉屋さんだ。
近江牛といえば、浅草のちんやもあるが、お手頃に美味しく味わえるのが特徴だ。
最近は熟成肉が増えているが、そもそも良い肉屋さんは元々熟成期間を設けていて、こちらもしっかり熟成させているので、肉を焼いても水分が出て縮むことはないし、味わいも非常に良い。
我が家ではハンバーグ、ハヤシライスの時に使わせて頂く他に、ステーキといえばこちらの肉。サシは少なめで赤身重視。実に美味しい。お勧めだ
