龍月庵 偶然經過十字路口,從對面被龍月庵淺木頭色的外表溫暖的燈光吸引。 冬天晚上正值晚餐時間,我與友人在餐廳外張望了一下。剛好有位小姐在外抽菸,她得知我們是台灣來的遊客大力推薦我們進去吃說是他朋友開的店。 於是我們進去了,裡面乾淨淺色的木頭裝潢與溫暖的燈光給人舒服的感覺。 裡面都是當地人沒有看到疑似遊客,大家都點了一些小食配酒聊天。 店家與客人都是日本人,英文方面幫不上太大的忙,還好大家都很友善也感謝google翻譯。店家有提供一份英文套餐menu,還有日文的menu。 我與友人點了兩套和牛套餐,又單點了酒跟一些居酒屋常見小吃。 只有一位師傅從頭處理到尾,雖然等待時間會稍為長一點但是都很貼心的想要介紹菜餚,當然一開始那位小姐也非常熱情的用google跟日文為我們介紹。 菜是一道道上,但是上來的狀態你可以感受到就是上一秒做好下一秒就送上來,料理手法細緻食材新鮮調味完美。在冬夜晚上喝點小酒搭配美食真是人生享受。有一些菜餚我也不知道是什麼因為我日文堪憂,但是直接以吃貨的我來說,每一道都很棒。 山藥泥不知道怎麼處理的有種麻糬感,有趣新鮮也美味,生魚片非常新鮮,蔬菜天婦羅看得出金黃色而且剛起鍋不久,外皮香酥裡頭柔軟也不會過油,非常完美。算是我目前美食人生中前幾名的蔬菜天婦羅。烤銀杏也是非常好吃Q彈甘中帶點苦味配清酒很棒。和牛應該是烤後切片,熟度剛好。師傅處理前有來問說想要多熟,有要求稍為熟一點。肉來之前有點擔心怕處理會讓肉質太硬,結果不會一樣香嫩彈性有油脂入口即化的感覺,就是邊緣一塊稍微有一點太焦稍嫌可惜。再來高湯蛋粥很香,吃完了溫暖整個身體。甜點抹茶布丁也好吃。 基本上如果再去京都一定絕對會再去拜訪,臨走前有拿了師傅的名片。 5顆星星獻給讓我在異鄉冬夜中被溫暖靈魂的龍月庵。 TAOTAO.W #letsguide I passed by the restaurant by accident, in the beginning i was attracted by the Japanese style deco of the restaurant. then i decided to give it a try. i love myself for making this decision.
