フ	フランクシナそば on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的に蕎麦に辣油が入ったものなんて…、と思っているのですが私が'蕎麦好きだと知ってる知人が『真庵のブラックシリーズ食べてみて！他のと違うから！』、というので仕事終わりに帰路とは逆方向に向かいました。ブラックシリーズなんてネーミングセンスのあるお店なんですからもうギラギラした落ち着かない店かと思いきやもう外見はしっかりした蕎麦屋で店内は初めてきたのにどこか懐かしくて心地良くてAMでしょうか嘉門達夫の替え歌メドレーが心に染み入ります。おろし天そばミニ天丼のセットをいただきました。ブラックシリーズは限定数があり食べれませんでした… ボリュームがあります！蕎麦は細くしっかり冷水でしめられ腰がありツルツル喉越しがいい！甘めのぶっかけの汁に良く合います。天ぷらの海老は衣が厚めでしたがサクサク美味しかったです。女将さんの人当たりの良さと厨房にいるのでお客と顔を合わせる機会が少ないご主人も見えないところから声を張り上げ威勢の良い声で『ありがとうございます』、といわれると気分がいいものです。だから地元のお客様が来るのでしょうね。真庵の近所の人が羨ましい！今度こそブラックシリーズ食べにまた来ます！ I personally think that buckwheat contains sour oil ... but an acquaintance who knows that I like 'soba is like,' Try Shin's Black Series!
