神社の前にある石棺仏です。説明板には風化により、現在の姿になったとの説明があるのですが、皮肉にも説明板の文字も風化により読みにくくなってきています。石仏の隣に板碑もあるのですが、これはもう解らないといった風貌になっています。お目当ての石仏は人工的に削られたとも思えるような感じですが、花とか供えられており信仰の対象として現在も周辺の方々に支持されているのが伺えます。さて、そんな石棺仏・個人的な評価は星４ですが、車で来た場合は駐車はおろか停車も出来るような場所が住宅地の関係もありありません。ストリートビューでも確認できますので、車の方は駐車可能場所の確認をしたほうが良いです。自転車を併用するとして加古川河川敷緑地に停車するのも有りです。少々めんどうな場所にありますが石棺仏や史跡に興味のある方は訪れて損はないと思います。

There is an explanation on the explanation board that it has become the current appearance due to weathering, but ironically, the characters on the explanation board are also becoming difficult to read due to weathering. There is also an itabi next to the stone Buddha, but it looks like it is no longer understood. The stone Buddha you are looking for seems to have been artificially shaved, but it is offered with flowers, and it can be seen that it is still supported by the people around it as an object of worship. By the way, such a sarcophagus Buddha has a personal rating of 4 stars, but if you come by car, there is no relation to the residential area where you can park or even stop. You can also check it in Street View, so it is better for cars to check where parking is possible. It is also possible to stop at the Kakogawa riverbed green area as a bicycle. It's a bit of a hassle, but if you're interested in sarcophagus Buddha and historic sites, it's worth a visit.
