S	Suzu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回KAIRADAさんに初めて訪問致しました。ジビエとソースがおすすめのフレンチ。東銀座のフレンチですがカジュアルで入りやすいお店です。ランチ時に訪問致しましたが、オーナーさんがお一人で厨房と接客をされておりました。その接客がとても気持ちよく、お気遣いの言葉ひとつひとつに安心感が生まれます。そしてなんと言っても、料理が絶品でした。メインの鴨肉の赤ワインソース添えは、お肉がとても柔らかくソースとの相性が抜群でした。スズキの白ワイン山椒ソースは、スズキの火入れが絶妙でフワフワな白身と山椒が効いたソースとのバランスが丁度良かったです。緊急事態宣言中ですので、またお酒が飲めるようになった際に、美味しいワインとKAIRADAさんのお料理を楽しみたいと思います。素敵なお時間をありがとうございました。 I visited KAIRADA for the first time this time. O	Omri R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint, classic French bistro in a lovely back ally of Ginza. The chef prepares the food behind the counter and the dishes are just divine. I've been there twice, with about 2 years in between and the chef remembered me and thanked me for returning. The service was exceptional and personal and the wine too. For lunch it's a bargain (can go for about 1500-2000 per meal), the evening can be a bit expensive but for great French food in Ginza I wouldn't presume otherwise.
