５丁目のISHIDAの石田氏が、新しいフレンチ店を3/8にオープン。先週くらいからランチも開始しました。なんとか都合がつき、席も空いていたので訪問。
ビルの前には案内もなく、広告も出してないので、ほぼお店からご案内のお客様だけ。
ランチメニューは、3000円、5000円、10000円（それぞれ税抜き価格）のコースのみ。
５丁目のISHIDAよりは、ハイグレードなお店です。
注文したのは、お手軽な3000円のコースです。
最初の前菜は、海の幸のジュレ。
まぐろや金目鯛などの魚介が入った海鮮のサラダです。
パンは、最初は香草が入ったパン。
他にも４，５種類くらいのパンをおかわりで頂けます。
かぶのポタージュ。
メインは、魚料理かお肉料理が選べますが、魚で。
今日の魚料理は、ホウボウのポワレ。
中の身がふんわり、皮がカリカリに焼かれてます。
デセルに、飲み物はハーブティーで。
店内はとてもこじんまりして、だいたい３組くらいのテーブルしかありません。
とても狭いお店ですので、事前の予約が必須なお店です。
目の前のオープンキッチンでは、石田氏自ら料理されている様を拝見することもでき、それもまた楽しさのひとつでした。
店内が狭いことで、お店との距離が近くなった、そんな印象のお店でした。

Mr. Ishida of ISHIDA, 5-chome, opened a new French store on 3/8. Lunch started from around last week. I visited there because it was convenient and the seats were vacant.
There is no information in front of the building and there are no advertisements.
The lunch menu is only available at 3000 yen, 5000 yen, and 10,000 yen (excluding tax).
It is a high-grade shop than Ishida of 5-chome.
I ordered an easy 3000 yen course.
The first appetizer is the seafood jelly.
A seafood salad with seafood such as tuna and goldfish.
Bread is bread with herbs at first.
In addition, you can have about 4 or 5 kinds of bread.
Turnip potage.
The main choice is fish or meat, but with fish.
Today's fish dish is Hobo Poire.
The inside is soft and the skin is baked crisply.
Decel and herbal tea drinks.
The store is very small and there are only about 3 tables.
This is a very small shop, so it is essential to make a reservation in advance.
In the open kitchen in front of me, I could see that Ishida cooked himself, and that was another pleasure.
It was a store with such an impression that the distance from the store became closer due to the narrow interior of the store.
