銀	銀座でランチ♪ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ■銀座　Bistrot Vivienne ■6/29(火)　ランチ ■トリップと白いんげん豆の煮込みトマト風味　1,260円先週の鳴神に行ったときに、元々行こうと思っていたビストロはここビストロ　ヴィヴィエンヌ。鳴神のすぐお隣さんです。そばには、Cave　des　Vignesもありますし、この近辺には、おいしいレストランが揃ってます。実は、このビストロ　ヴィヴィエンヌ、あまり目立たないこともあって、存在を知ったのもつい最近。行こう、行こうと思っていたものの、つい先延ばしになってしまいました。ランチメニューは４種類です。時間の経過とともに、完売印がつくのも、Cave　des　Vignesとかといっしょです。本日、注文したのは、４番の「トリップと白いんげん豆の煮込みトマト風味」。最初に、ミニサラダです。こちらのサラダは、３番と４番を注文すると、出てくるみたい。そして、サラダといっしょにパンが出てきます。こちらも３番と４番につくもののようです。で、このフォカッチャは◎。ひさびさ、おいしいフォカッチャに出会えました!!　ホクホクで、そして少しモチっとした感触。これは大当たり。それでもって、メインの「トリップと白いんげん豆の煮込みトマト風味」。トリップって、知らなかったんですが、牛の胃なんですね。柔らかなんですが、少しだけコリっとしていて面白い食感。よく煮えたいんげん豆もたくさん入っていて、なかなかおいしい。食後に、コーヒーつき。コーヒーも香りがあって、とってもおいしい。ここも、おいしいですね。再訪すべく、脳の長期記憶に保存です。星は３と４の間だな。（最近そういうのが多い。千円くらいだと文句なく４つなんですけどね。） ★★★ 東京都中央区銀座4-13-19 銀林ビル1F 場所は、ここ。 [月～土] 11:30～13:30(L.O)、18:00～日祝休み ■ Ginza Bistrot Vivienne ■ 6/29 (Tue) Lunch ■ Trip and white bean stewed tomato flavor 1,260 yen The bistro that I originally wanted to go to when I went to Naruto last week is here Vivienne.
