★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is average but the price is high. Probably for the location. Pizza was above average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There once was a restaurant
A beautiful one at that
Exquisitely decorated
With terraces galore
This quaint restaurant once met a Thomas
A courteous, peaceful young lad
Who wanted nothing more that evening
Than a drink with a bud in the sun
But this Thomas soon realized his mistake
But not before he ordered
In an empty restaurant at 6:30 pm
With an empty terrace to match
He and his bud ordered those drinks
Two cocktails of minimally ¥850
During a nonexistent happy hour
In a completely empty restaurant
They enjoyed their time
Shared a few laughs
Until the check came
And they outright gasped
"A ¥800 table charge
How can this be?
They never mentioned it, not once
And now it is here?"
They sternly paid
Although they shouldn't have
And promptly left
This insult to Japanese service
And what do they get
This quaint little place?
1 star that is
And this junk poem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant would allow us in for lunch with our very well behaved 3 year old son. Not the Italian spirit. In my experience in Italy, families are always welcome. I'd understand if this was expensive evening time dining. It isn't. For real Italian hospitality go to nearby Sorriso where manager Davide will warmly welcome your whole family. My child understood why we weren't allowed to eat at Stagione and it made him sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best places I've been to in Tokyo. The food is great! The service was wonderful and the price was a shock! I seriously expected it to be double and would have paid double.
We had a lunch course and the potions were perfect. The lamb we had was perfection.
Sparkling wine to start and gorgeous deserts to finish. We didn't have any other drinks but our waiter kept us refreshed with iced water as soon as our glass was close to being empty.
Their terrace and balcony counter looked fantastic and we certainly would have liked to have been seated out there but as it was rather wet out we were directed to a lovely window table.
We will be back for the terrace and the great dinning experience of Stagione.
A bonus is the abundance of bars and Izukaya in the upmarket area of Kagurazaka all a stones throw from Iidabashi Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terrace seating is absolutely wonderful. Being able to sit on plush sofas, watching the sun set, drinking good wine and eating good food with your girlfriends—absolutely the best.
I will dock 1 star because they were quite busy and seemed understaffed. It took a while to place our order and get food. One dish we ordered was sold out, but we didn’t find out until like 20 minutes later.
