光石さんの大人の隠れ家的魅力のある店内の雰囲気に包まれながら楽しんだ美味しい日本食の数々は噂で聞いていた以上のもので、大変満足することが出来ました。
料理に使用されている食材に細部までこだわりを持っており、また料理長の巧みな話術はスパイスとなり出されるお料理をより美味しくしてくれました。
早速次の予約も入れさせて頂きましたので、楽しみにしております。

何度か、伺わせて頂いていますがいつも料理長の心遣いにワクワクしながら食事を楽しませて頂いています。
今回は、松茸のしゃぶしゃぶを最初にいただきましたが土瓶蒸しよりも香りや食感がよくすごく美味しかったです！
どの料理もめちゃめちゃ美味しいのですが、その中で今回私の印象に残ったのは実は、銀杏です。
こんなに美味しい銀杏あるんでしょうか！？と言うくらい美味しかったです！
お料理は旬のものを料理長が厳選して出されているので毎回日本の季節を感じながらいただけます。
また伺わせていただきます！
