★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京懐石料理の5000円のランチを頂きました。一つ一つの料理が細かく丁寧に作られた大変素晴らしい美しいお料理でした。特にハモの炙ったお刺身、笹の葉に包んだ鮨、稚鮎の天ぷらはおかきを周りにつけて揚げたもので稚鮎の苦味に米の甘みがたして素晴らしかったです。店内のインテリアも美しくスタッフのホスピタリティめよく、かつ日本酒のセレクトも良かった。大切な方をお連れするのに素晴らしい店でした。
We had a 5,000 yen lunch of Kyoto Kaiseki cuisine. It was a very wonderful and beautiful dish where every dish was finely and carefully made. In particular, the hamo sashimi, the salmon wrapped in mulberry leaves, and the juvenile tempura were fried with the okaki around and the sweetness of the rice was wonderful with the bitter taste of the juvenile. The interior of the store was also beautiful with the hospitality of the staff and the selection of sake was also good. It was a great store for bringing with the loved ones.

神楽坂での、日本食は久し振りでしたが、こちらは全てのお料理がきちんと手をかけられていて感激するばかりです。前菜からデザートまで、全て美味しく頂きました。
ワインのセレクトのコースもあるようなので、お酒好きの方にも良いと思います。
是非また伺うつもりです。
I visited for lunch for the first time, but I became a fan completely.
I haven't been to Japanese food in Kagurazaka for the first time in a long time, but I'm really impressed by the fact that all the dishes are properly handled. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious.
There seems to be a wine selection course, so I think it is also good for those who like alcohol.
I will visit again.

コロナ禍、お友達も誘えず、でも、美味しいお食事がしたく、1人でお伺いしました。ひとつひとつ、丁寧に調理され、全て、美味しくいただきました。
ご主人様、ホールのスタッフさんも、常に、お気遣いいただき、幸せなひとときでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神楽坂の宙山さんへ。とても素敵な雰囲気のお店でお料理一つ一つもかなりお上品でした。特に青梅(画面中央)はとても美味しくて、今まで食べた梅の概念が変わりました。お刺身もお塩を付けていただきます。醤油で食べる常識が覆ります。
五目ごはん、お味噌汁、デザートまでいただきました。ほっこり、日本人でよかったと感じる瞬間でした。ご馳走様でした。
To Mr. Sorayama in Kagurazaka. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and each dish was very elegant. Especially Ome (center of the screen) is very delicious, and the concept of plums I have eaten has changed. Sashimi will also be salted. The common sense of eating with soy sauce is overturned.
I even had Gomoku rice, miso soup, and dessert. It was a moment when I was happy to be Japanese. It was a treat.

It blend art and food, all the layout not only beautiful, but also specially crafted with utmost freshness. It try to keep the original favour of the ingrediance. Every dish out the person who serve or chef will explain the source of the ingredient use and how best to taste it. It may cost abit, but worth it. You must try if you are in Japan. ? The chef was extremely friendly, i have a good chat with him to understand more of this dinning culture. Having Kaiseki meal is an art of testing and eating. ?
