7	774 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怒鳴られてしまいました近隣のケーキ屋を回っているものです。このpatisserie petit tomoも、非常に口コミが良かったため今回初めて伺わせていただきました。ショーウインドウの中のケーキはどれも美味しそうでした。迷いながらもケーキを選び注文を告げると店員さんは不貞腐れた表情で小さな声で「はい」と... この時点で良い予感はしませんでした。その後、袋は有料ですがいかがなさいますかと聞かれ、お願いしますと答えたところまた小さな声で何か仰っていたので聞き返しました。すると「ビニール袋か１枚４円！！！！！紙袋が３０円です！！！！！」と、怒鳴った様な大き声で言われました。すごく怖いです。ケーキ屋に限らず、聞き返しただけでこんな対応されたこと、今までありません。せっかく楽しみにして出向いた気持ちが全て壊されてしまいました。このような対応をされて、その後美味しくケーキを食べられる方がいらっしゃるのでしょうか。その対応を聞いてた別の店員さんが「まずい！」と思ったのか焦った様にその方に変わって対応をしていただきましたが、時すでに遅しです。接客はお店の顔です。なぜあのような方を接客に回すのか、理解に苦しみます。神楽坂には、他にもたくさんのケーキ屋があります。大半のお店が美味しく、いつも感動しています。ただこの店は、味以前の問題です。ケーキさえ売れれば接客などどうでもいい、という思想が全面に出ています。神楽坂にお越しになって、ケーキを買おうと考えている方に近隣在住の人間として、このお店は全く勧められません。 I was yelled at It's a tour of a nearby cake shop. I bought tarte tatin and cheesecake both one piece each. Both cakes use high quality ingredient and I loved the fact that tarte tatin 's crust was not soggy. The caramelized apple had lovely buttery taste with a hint of bitterness of caramel. The cheesecake had rich but refreshing flavour; the cheese is from the famous Yoshida Farm in Okayama. We'll definitely go back to try others.
