仕事の会食でお邪魔しました。気さくなご主人との会話も楽しい、オールカウンターのステキな和食のお店でした。とても居心地も良かったです。
I visited you at a business dinner. It was a nice all-counter Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy talking with your friendly husband. It was very comfortable.

表通りから狭い路地を入った所にあります。京都宇治で修行をした板長が提供する料理の数々はくずし懐石と言われるコースですがどれも絶品で満足のいくひと皿でした。1階はオープンキッチンのカウンター席、2階はテーブル席です。人気店なので予約して行くのが賢明のようです。 コスパは非常に高いです。 最寄り駅は大江戸線牛込神楽坂駅A3出口です。
It is located in a narrow alley from the main street. Many of the dishes offered by the board chief who trained in Uji, Kyoto are called Kuzushi Kaiseki, but they were all excellent and satisfying dishes. The first floor has counter seats in the open kitchen, and the second floor has table seats. It's a popular shop, so it seems wise to make a reservation. Cospa is very expensive. The nearest station is Ushigome Kagurazaka Station Exit A3 on the Oedo Line.

コロナ以前は、予約可能な時間が17時か20時。予約不可の時間帯は、行ってみて空いていれば入れると言うシステム。 コロナの今は、18時スタートの1回転のみ。 以前に比べ、格段に予約が取りやすくなった。 料理は、崩し京料理。 少量のお料理が彩り良く提供される。 神楽坂で和食のコース料理は、1万円を下らない中、5000円代のコースは、希少。 若いカップルが多いのも納得。 コース料理のメニューが変わるたび訪問したい貴重なお店。
Before Corona, reservations are available at 17:00 or 20:00. A system that allows you to enter when reservations are not possible if you go and it is available. Now in Corona, there is only one revolution starting at 18:00. It's much easier to make reservations than before. The food is Kyoto cuisine. A small amount of food is served colorfully. Japanese course meals in Kagurazaka cost less than 10,000 yen, but courses in the 5,000 yen range are rare. I understand that there are many young couples. A valuable shop that you want to visit every time the menu of course meals changes.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend it for group dinners, cuz you can order the fixed kaiseki dinner and enjoy each course together while not worrying about what to order next.

Perhaps the best "Kappo" style restaurant in the area, where the chef prepares everything right in front of you. Seasonal ingrients with unique approaches make this a experience as if you're enjoying a meal prepared by an iron chef. Sitting at the counter and watch the chefs prepare your meal right in front of you is quite a treat, both visually and culinarily. Counter seating space is limited, but it is a must. Staff's English is very limited, but even if you do not speak a word of Japanese, the staff will do their best to accommodate you.

Not usually into the fine dining scene but it was a wonderful experience. The chef was even able to explain what everything was to me in English. Beautiful dishes, and delicious too. I thought I hated shiso but it was in just about every dish and I liked them !

Excellent introduction to Japanese gastronomy, ideal for travelers coming to Japan. There is one unique menu (that changes monthly) so no need to choose, just pick your drink (white wine for me, but of course sake would be an excellent choice too) and enjoy the experience.
