K	K N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのかずまちゃんラーメンとても美味しかったです。玉子かけごはんも美味しかったです。かずまちゃんラーメンは2種類のチャーシューと炙りレモン、自家製ドライトマト、メンマ、半熟卵、ぷるぷるのワンタンが透き通ったスープに乗っていてボリューム満点です。 Kazuma-chan ramen for lunch was very delicious. K	Kaoru Fujii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょい干し鉄平で6000円のコース食べてきました。最高すぎました！人参ドレッシングのサラダ和牛の串焼き、クレソン、うずらの卵ソース本マグロのづけ　和辛子付き熊本産の茄子焼きはまぐりの酒蒸し豆アジの干し熊本のヤングコーンメヒカリのちょい干しホタテと雲丹の天ぷらイエローズッキーニ、パプリカのソースサバの塩焼き鮎と枝豆の釜飯赤だしに胡麻豆腐と枝豆大葉のシャーベット全てが美味しくて味か安定していながらもかつクリエティブなお料理でした。最初のサラダのドレッシングなんか人参のドレッシング！和牛の串焼きはウズラの半熟を潰してつけて食べたり、上質な本マグロは漬けにしてあり、あえて和辛子を添えてみたり。厳選されたお野菜に、ちょいとだけ干した魚も絶品。ミシュラン3星のコハクを食べた時と同じような感動とワクワクが！それなのに居酒屋っていう素晴らしさ！ぶっちゃけもうコハクに行かなくてもいいかも（笑）そんな気分にされたくらい美味しかったー。こちらの料理は料亭以上に腕があると思います。神楽坂の小道には怪物級の店が隠れてますね。最後の紫蘇のシャーベットまで感動ものでした。ちょい干し鉄平さん、かなり、かなりオススメです。 I ate a course of 6000 yen at a little dried Tepira.
