久々な神楽坂でしたがやはりいい街です。

人気なお店のため、予約時間を15分過ぎても店に来なかったら予約を解除されるので要注意です。
お店のスタッフは全国の酒蔵へ見学に行って勉強してるようです。

日本酒の香をフルーツに例えて紹介されていた。リンゴメロンバナナパイン辺りはイメージつくが、中に柿ってのがあった。柿の香を日本酒に感じたことなかったので頼んでみました。この写真の中にはないのでお店で聞いてみて。
