名前は知られていてラジオでもＣＭしてるので強気価格だと思いました。
電話もお断りしたあとも何回かかかってきてしつこかったので怒ったらかかってこなくなりました。
Straight roof, siding. Even though the building keeps costs down, it is expensive.
I think it's a bullish price because the name is known and I'm doing commercials on the radio.
Even after I declined the phone call, I got a few calls and it was persistent, so when I got angry, I stopped calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川越市内への大学進学の為、部屋探しで両親と一緒にお世話になりました。東北の田舎から初めての一人暮らし、埼玉自体にも馴染みがなかったので親子とも不安でした。お店の方には、川越の魅力みたいなことから、アパートの相場、１人暮らしで日頃気をつけることなど、細かいことまで教えてくれて、案内中とても楽しかったです。部屋も無事に決まって、親も安心しています。これから始まる生活が楽しみです！
I was taken care of with my parents looking for a room to go on to university in Kawagoe City. I lived alone for the first time in the Tohoku countryside, and my parents and children were worried because they were not familiar with Saitama itself. The shop told me everything from the charm of Kawagoe to the market price of the apartment, the things to be careful about in living alone, and so on. The room is safe and parents are relieved. I'm looking forward to the next life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NACK5でよく耳にする不動産屋さんで、受付等のスタッフさんも感じは良いが、推しが強すぎる事、かなり足元を見てくる感じが強く感じ、結局契約には至らなかった。
完売間近！と薦められた分譲地も、結局未だに空きがある状態です。
