七	七海魚子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がすごく酷い。某動画サイトで気になり、物件について聞こうとした所「どこですか？」と言われ困惑しました。公開している物件に応募するか否かだけを伝えて欲しいようで、公開している物件の中から自分に合った物件を紹介してくれる場所ではありませんでした。とりあえず気になっている物件で空きまちの所を指定したところ「空きまちになりますね」と誰が見ても聞いても分かる返答のみ。ペットが居るのでペット飼育可かどうか聞くと「ケースバイケースです」とだけ返ってきました。途中から相手方は電話を切りたがっているような話し方で、私もイライラしとりあえず話を終わらせると挨拶の後すぐ、こちらが切るよりも先に「ガチャンッ」と電話を切られました。非常に気分が悪かったです。物件が決まってる方なら話がスムーズで良いかもしれませんが、仕事の方針で決まっているとはいえ、自分達が公開している物件を提案紹介できない、分かりきった情報しか提示出来ないのは不動産関係の対応としてマイナス点しか感じられないです。そしてあの電話のご対応から察するに、私は客としては見られなかったということでのご対応だったのかなと思います。皆さんの参考になりましたら幸いでございます。 Telephone correspondence is very terrible.
