M	Mさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡市の激戦区エリアにある人気ラーメン店です。何度か向かったのですが駐車場がいっぱいで駐めることができず、今回ようやくお邪魔することができました。「煮干醤油らーめん(大盛り)」と「麻婆麺」「特製手作り餃子」をいただきました。「煮干醤油らーめん」は煮干しがしっかりと利いたスープです。煮干しのえぐみも感じますが、深みのあるとても美味しいスープです。麺はストレートの麺ですが味が絡まないことはなく、バランスの良いラーメンです。「麻婆麺」は一般的な麻婆麺よりもかなり甘味が控えめの特徴的な麻婆麺です。山椒がしっかりと利いているのですが、痺れが苦手な連れでも「美味しい」と言っていました。「特製手作り餃子」は大きめサイズでもちもちとした食感の皮です。味的には比較的オーソドックスな感じですが、満足感は高いです。ラーメンはとても美味しい上に大盛り無料なのでお腹の満足感も高いです。 A popular ramen restaurant located in the fierce battle area of Nagaoka City.
