★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フツーに美味しいです。ただ、店内の貼り紙が気になる。あれダメ、これダメと書かれていると居心地が悪くなります。立地的に忙しいのは分かるけど。

かつもご飯も、前日の残り物としか思えないような代物でした。
立地も店構えも良いので、新規のお客さんがそれなりに入るのでしょう。
しかし、せっかく会津若松に来てくれた方々が、千円以上も払って あのソースかつ丼を食べさせられるのかと思うと、心が痛みます。
店の方は、プライドを持って仕事をされているようですが、外部の方を招くなどして 大幅な改良をしていただきたいです。
何卒宜しくお願いいたします。
Sauce and bowl
Once upon a time, rice was something that seemed like a leftover from the previous day.
The location and the store are good, so new customers will come in as it is.
However, it hurts my heart to think that the people who came to Aizuwakamatsu could pay more than 1,000 yen to eat that sauce and katsudon.
The store seems to be working with pride, but I would like you to make major improvements by inviting outsiders.

行ってみました。
率直な感想は、僕には美味しくなかったです。
自慢のソースカツの、肝心なお肉が、カチカチでアゴが痛くなりました。
食べてみるとわかります。
テーブルの間の気遣いは良いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもいっているところが休みだったので、こちらに入ることにしました。まず、店内は張り紙が多いです。
接客は他の口コミでは良くないと評価する人もいますが、自分は丁寧だったと感じています。肝心の料理ですが、ソースカツ丼(並)を頼みましたが、正直、1100円を出してまで食べるものではないかなぁと思いました。ソースカツ丼自体はまぁ食べれますが、ついているスープは不味いです。
再訪問はないかなぁと思います。

It is the most important dish, but I asked for a sauce cutlet bowl (normal), but honestly, I thought that it would be eaten up to 1100 yen. You can eat the sauce cutlet bowl itself, but the soup that comes with it is not delicious.
I wonder if there will be a return visit.

旅行に行った際に、ご当地の物をと思い探したら近くにあったので訪問。
会津ラーメンとソースカツのセットを注文しました。会津ラーメンの特徴は良く解りませんが喜多方ラーメンと何か違うのでしょうか？このお店の特徴？チャーシューが炙りで部位違いが二枚入っているのですが、自分にはタンパクなラーメンにただ炙り(フライパンで焼きすぎたパサついた)チャーシューを乗せるならご当地の醤油を使ったパンチのあるチャーシューをのせた方が良いかなぁとか。ソースカツはドロッとしたソースがかかっていてこちらは結構好きな部類ですね。
あと、今まで色んな人が居たのかハウスルールが結構あるのでその辺は良く気を付けた方が良いです。

When I went on a trip, I thought about something in the area and found it nearby, so I visited there.
I ordered a set of Aizu ramen and sauce cutlet. I don't really understand the characteristics of Aizu ramen, but is it different from Kitakata ramen? What are the characteristics of this shop? The char siu is roasted and contains two different parts, but if you just put the roasted (overcooked in a frying pan) char siu on the protein ramen, the char siu with a punch using local soy sauce I wonder if it's better to put it on. The sauce cutlet is covered with a thick sauce, which is my favorite category.
Also, there are quite a few house rules as to whether there have been various people so far, so you should be careful about that.

ラーメンはまあまあです。炙りチャーシューが美味しかった。
