★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日蓮宗東京都西部宗務所のホームページによると、正式名称は柏照山常泉院。隣接し名前も似ている福聚山常圓寺ですが、当院はその塔頭や子院という訳ではないようです。
浄行菩薩さまを祀る浄行堂と鬼子母神堂があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本堂の他に手前に淨行ぼさつさまとお稲荷様がいらっしゃいます。
菩薩様はお水をかけて軽くふれると身体がよくなるそうです。
車椅子だと本堂は段差があるので現実的ではなく菩薩様は微妙な前後幅の段差があるのでちょっと離れて拝むところまでしかできません。お稲荷様はちょっと厳しいですがお賽銭は入れられてお参りできると思います。
