★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shrine located in the middle of city, when you get into the shrine, you feel this place is nothing like the other places nearby.
It’s so peaceful and spiritual, highly recommend to go there if you’re nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on a Friday night. There were plenty of Japanese street foods and some mini games on both sides of the walking pathway. Nice place to chill and enjoy after dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shrine is very important. I happened to visit it on November 20th, which was the day of the Torinoichi. It is when people gather to pray for work, money and luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 2017/May/27, it was pretty hot on that day, they have an event hosted by the temple, many local drop by to make wishes.
Went with my friend for the food by the temple, the good thing is many local street food are selling at a cheap price, cons are no tissue and water for you to wash hands, suggest to prepare wet tissue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good local Shinto Shrine. It located just the center of Shinjuku downtown. Very close to a street of bars and restaurants. Looks like it’s located in noisy area but very quiet and good place to relax. I like here. You can buy fortune goods. I went here on a New Year’s Day!! Great!! Very packed and it took a long time to get to pray, haha. Good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shrine in Shinjuku. Very easy to find. Beautiful during cherry blossom season but it’s still very pretty year round. Lots of great photo opportunities at this shrine, and the do sell ema and goshuin for anyone interested.
