お昼に訪問しました。 ちょうど一組だけ席が空いていたので待たずに入店できました。 お出汁に浸けるとふわふわでとろとろになり出汁が最高に合います。 ウスターソースをかけると味変して別物になります。 いづもさんの明石焼き最高です✨ ごちそうさま‼️

土曜日の15時過ぎに入店。コロナのせいもあってか客入りはまばらで直ぐに座れました。注文から提供までの時間は3~4分程度。まずは玉子と出汁の相性が抜群です。味ももちろんですが、出汁に浸した瞬間に玉子がブワッと崩れるあの場景はたまりません。またソースと出汁の相性も良いです。出汁のみ、ソースのみ、出汁+ソースの3通りで楽しめるのも明石焼きの魅力です。あとここはタコが大きいのも魅力的です。魚の棚近辺はいわゆる「明石焼き激戦区」ですが、個人的にはここの明石焼きはTOP3には入ると思います。

明石の友人に昔おすすめしてもらったとこに久しぶりに来ました。 焼きたてふわふわの明石の玉子焼きはシンプルに美味しい! ですが僕の年齢で一人前15個を平らげるのはキツかった? 出来ればハーフサイズみたいなのが欲しいなぁ なんてことを考えました。 ごちそうさまでした?

店内は昭和の喫茶店のような感じ。 明石焼きの店としては広い部類かと。 入店時に体温測定が義務づけられており、こちらも明石焼きの店としては珍しいと思われます。 人数分を注文しない場合は、出汁代100円追加すれば良いようなので、むしろ良心的かなと思います。 さて味ですが、タコ自体に味がついてるように思いましたが、そこが特徴的かな、と。 タコが大きいの印象的です。 調味料はソースはあるのですが、塩はなかったです。塩があると有難いかな。 回転は早いと思うので、時間がない方はオススメです。

たっぷりお椀に入った出汁も美味しく、タコも大きめで、ちゃんとタコの味が味わえて熱々の明石焼き1人前15個、途中ソースで味変しながらの食べごたえ十分でお腹いっぱいになりながらも家で食べたくテイクアウトもしちゃいました。 真空パックに出汁も入っており、鍋で温めてもう一度美味しく頂きました

一人前750円。ビール大瓶のみ700円。現金のみ。禁煙。 提供はかなり速く、席に着いた後はほぼ待たされません。外国人観光客がいないのが良いですね。だしは塩分控えめで飲めます。卓上のソースも使って味変できます。 コロナ対策もしっかりしていて好感です。

Delicious akashi yaki which is a unique take on takoyaki where they put octopus inside an egg roll and to eat, you dip it in a dashi based soup. Definitely a must try

Since there were quite a few of these Akashiyaki places so I just randomly picked one. First impression it was pretty good. Everything was fresh made and they tasted like chawanmushi on the inside and takoyaki on the outside. The dashi broth that comes with it was amazing. If I'm in the area again I will sure return for more! I was the only tourist there and they were quite busy at lunch time.
