『お宅の近くに当行は無いから不便ですよ』
『ネットで開設しないのですか？』
当然明言しませんが『窓口で口座開設して欲しくない』の印象でした
窓口だとキャッシュカードは即発行なのに 勧められたアプリで開設だと２週間後郵送
勧められた方が不便って誰の為の利便性なのか 笑うしかないです
個人情報保護のお題目の元に仕方ないのでしょうが２度と窓口には行きたく有りません
が、そう思わせて窓口業務を軽減するのが戦略なのか？と勘繰るほど不快でした
