兵庫に出張に行ったので、やっぱり本場の明石焼きを明石で食べたいと思いこちらへ。 お店のすぐ横に駐車場があるので車でOKです。 到着すると中々の待ちあり。 さすが人気店です。 少し待って入店。 明石焼き一人前650円で20個入ってます。 コスパめちゃくちゃ良いですを 熱々なので明石サイダーも注文。 注文後少し待つとお目当ての明石焼きが到着。 フワフワ熱々の明石焼きを出汁に潜らせて食べます。 これが絶品でパクパクいけちゃいます。 20個はさすがにお腹いっぱいになりますが、美味しいのでぜひ1人一人前注文して食べて見てください。
I went on a business trip to Hyogo, so I wanted to eat authentic Akashiyaki in Akashi. There is a parking lot right next to the shop, so you can drive. There is a waiting time when we arrive. As expected it is a popular shop. Wait for a while and enter the store. Akashiyaki is 650 yen per person and contains 20 pieces. Cospa is insanely good I ordered Akashi cider because it was hot. After waiting for a while after ordering, the Akashiyaki you were looking for arrived. Eat fluffy hot Akashiyaki soaked in soup stock. This is exquisite and it's crunchy. 20 pieces are really full, but they are delicious, so please order one by one and eat them.

味★★★★★ 空間雰囲気★★★★ サービス★★★ コスパ★★★★★ 明石に来たら「ふなまち」さんの玉子焼きですね。 今回ははじめて並んで食べましたが店内は4名席が2テーブルしかなく、現在はコロナ禍もあり6席しか稼働していない状況です。今回は12人並んでいるので約1時間座って並びました。 車は近くの契約駐車場が4台駐車可能です。 並んで食べるより時間を浪費するより事前に電話予約して車内で食べる方法がベストですね。 たこ焼き(明石焼き)(明石では玉子焼き)自身は地域最強、20個650円で近隣のお店は15個700円ぐらいが多いです。 出汁に青ネギが入っていたら更に美味しいと思います。 でもコスパは最高です。 ご馳走さまでした。

This time I ate side by side for the first time, but there are only 2 tables with 4 seats in the store, and now there are corona sickness and only 6 seats are in operation. This time, 12 people were lined up, so I sat down and lined up for about an hour. Four cars can be parked in the nearby contract parking lot. It's best to make a phone reservation in advance and eat in the car rather than wasting time rather than eating side by side. Takoyaki (Akashiyaki) (Tamagoyaki in Akashi) itself is the strongest in the area, 20 pieces are 650 yen, and nearby shops are about 700 yen for 15 pieces. I think it would be even more delicious if the soup stock contained green onions. But cospa is the best. It was a feast.

初めて、伺いました。旨い。もう一回行ってゆっくりとビールを飲んで、この日食べれなかったお好み焼類を食べたい。 この店の繁盛度を測る尺度として店の外での順待ちの人数の多さがある。いついっても店の外に人だかりがある。今週、伺ったのは月曜日の朝10:30である。すでに3組、8人が順待ちしており、開店時の1番目のロットにさえ入れなかった。「月曜日の朝10:30ですよ!」順待ちしている間にもテイクアウトのお客さんが次々と現れ、時間を告げられて車で去っていく。20分ほど待って、店の中に入って、人だかりが出来る訳が分かった。席が少ないのである。テーブルが2つで相席しても多くて4組しか入れないのである。まさに古き良き時代の「地元の粉もの屋さん」の雰囲気である。 「たまご焼き」と「たこそば」を頂きました。 「たまご焼き」は他の明石の店と大差は無いと感じましたが「ドロソース」が大変美味かった。久しぶりに出会った辛口のソースでした。 「たこそば」はマジに絶品だと思います。大阪の焼きそばには麺以外のキャベツなどの野菜の具は大きくざく切りにされている場合が多いですが、神戸の粉もの屋さんの焼そばは大体が麺に紛れる様に野菜が細かく裁断されている場合が多い(「そばめし」の感じかな?)。ここもキャベツが細かく刻まれていてしっとりと絡んでいる。個人的にはこっちの方が好きである。具の「たこ」がゴロゴロと入っている。500円でも値打ちがある。「たまご焼き」が650円は少し高いかなという感じです。もう一度、行きたい。でも何曜日の何時頃伺ったらいいのでしょうか?

"It's 10:30 on Monday morning!" While waiting in line, take-out customers appeared one after another, told the time, and left by car. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I entered the store and found out why there was a crowd. There are few seats. Even if there are two tables and shared seats, at most four sets can be accommodated. It is exactly the atmosphere of a "local flour shop" in the good old days. I received "egg grilled" and "octopus soba". I felt that "egg-yaki" was not much different from other Akashi restaurants, but "doro sauce" was very delicious. It was a dry sauce that I met after a long time. I think "Octopus soba" is really exquisite. In Osaka's yakisoba, vegetables such as cabbage other than noodles are often chopped into large pieces, but in Kobe's flour shop's yakisoba, the vegetables are cut into small pieces so that they are mostly mixed with noodles. In many cases (Is it like "sobameshi"?). Here too, the cabbage is finely chopped and entwined moistly. Personally, I prefer this one. The ingredient "octopus" is lumpy. Even 500 yen is worth it. I feel that 650 yen for "egg-yaki" is a little expensive. I wanna go there again. But what day of the week and what time should I visit?

unfortunately this time rhey were closed. (shop holidays are Friday and 2nd and 4th Thursday.) anyway i had visited here many times. this is the best akashiyaki shop in the world.

Amazaing akashiaki balls at a reasonable price. 550 for 20. You cant go wrong. Only downside is the crazy que thats almost always there. I got talking with some locals and it made for a heck of an experience. One thing i would add, be gentle with the chop sticks lol

Nice place, my first akashiyaki. Seems like this place I a top one, because after I came and spoke about everyone knows this place . Service was nice and the food very tasty. Be aware of usually you will lineup outside for a while

There will be a line, and that line will be extremely slow-moving. If you're limited on time, there are many places closer to the station which serve this Akashi-yaki dish, although they might not be "the best," like this joint is. The shop itself is tiny, and you'll probably sit with or near strangers at your table, but it works. It's got a nice mom-and-pop atmosphere. The food was superb! ¥650 for a sheet of 20; you have to order in multiples of 20, which seems like a lot, but they're actually pretty small so it should be fine unless you're a super small eater. You can dip them in the broth or add toppings as you like.
