★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりあえず最初に煮込みを頼むべし．様々な部いがゴロゴロ入っていてこれだけでも楽しめます．なお甘さも控えめ．他のメニューも特に外れる事も無く，全部美味しかったです．
ちなみにここのハムカツは最近見なくなった（いい意味で）薄めのタイプで，衣ザクザクで個人的には好みのやつでした．
 For the time being, you should ask for stew first. There are various parts in it and you can enjoy it by itself. The sweetness is also modest. The other menus didn't come off, and they were all delicious.
By the way, the hamukatsu here is a thin type that I haven't seen recently (in a good way), and it's a crunchy batter and I personally like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うっちゃん出身者によるやきとんのお店。開店時には行列が出来て即満席の人気店。自慢のやきとんはその日仕入れたものをスタッフ層でで串打ちしている。数量限定なので開店してすぐに売り切れる商品もあるので早い時間に行くのがおススメ。
Yakiton's shop by people from Uchimura. A popular store that is full immediately after a line is formed when the store opens. The proud Yakiton is skewered by the staff who purchased that day. Since the quantity is limited, there are some products that sell out soon after opening, so it is recommended to go early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き物は何食べてもジューシーで美味しかったです。酎ハイはシャリキンで美味しかったです。早い時間に行かないと、焼き物少なくなってます。
The pottery was juicy and delicious no matter what I ate. The chuhai was sharikin and delicious. If you don't go early, you'll have less pottery.

昼飲みしている方も多く、焼きとんは暗くなる前には売り切れてる場合が多いので、開店のタイミングに行くことをおすすめします。
低音調理された肉の刺身とすぐに売り切れる焼きとん、煮込みと一緒にじゃがいもとゆで卵は味がしみしみでお酒に合いすぎて最高です。
全体的にお手頃価格ですが、お酒大好きな人は飲み過ぎるので、お手頃価格なお値段では終われません。
焼き豚についている味噌は、やきとんとお酒に抜群に合うので危険です。笑
すぐに満席になるみたいなので，チャンスがあればまた行きたいと思います。

Bass-cooked meat sashimi, grilled tongue that sells out quickly, and potatoes and boiled eggs with stew are the best because they taste soaked and go well with sake.
Overall, it's reasonably priced, but people who love alcohol drink too much, so it doesn't end at a reasonable price.
The miso that comes with the roast pork is dangerous because it goes well with yakiton and sake. smile
It seems that it will be full soon, so I would like to go again if I have a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各部位の仕込みと焼き方が上手い。焼く人が、素材の特性をしっかり把握しているからこそ、うまい串ができる。恐らく全て自分で仕込んでいるのだろう。
Good at preparing and baking each part. A good skewer can be made because the person who cooks has a firm grasp of the characteristics of the material. Probably all of them are prepared by myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月曜日の夕方に行きましたが、店内は満席でした。コの字のカウンターが良い感じで大衆酒場のような雰囲気で活気があります。
サワー系を注文しましたが、ベースの焼酎（？）を凍らせているのかシャリシャリした喉ごしが楽しかったです。
焼きとんは希少部位も多くあり、好奇心が湧きます！どれも美味しくて、はしご酒で二軒目に選んでしまった事を後悔しました。
一軒目でここに入っていればもっと色々食べられたのに…。
低音調理の刺しも絶品でした。
私が訪れた時には季節限定（？）の谷中だんごがあり、見た目のインパクトと美味しさ両方を兼ね備えていて満足感がありました。
次回は煮込みを食べてみたいです。
I went there on Monday evening, but the store was full. The U-shaped counter feels good and is lively with an atmosphere like a public bar.
I ordered a sour type, but I enjoyed the crispy throat, probably because the base shochu (?) Was frozen.
Yakiton has many rare parts, which makes me curious! All of them were delicious and I regretted having chosen the second one for the sake.
If I was in here at the first house, I could have eaten more ...
The low-pitched sashimi was also excellent.
When I visited, there was a seasonal (?) Tananaka dumpling, and I was satisfied with the impact and deliciousness of the appearance.
Next time I would like to eat stewed food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20時頃来店、全席埋まっている混み具合。遅い時間で串の売り切れが多かったので、頼みたいものがある方は早めの来店をおすすめします。オーダーもスムーズで、すぐにドリンクを出してくださいます
。串も美味しく、刺もあり良かったです。店員の方は雑談していて、少し残念でした。
I came to the store around 20:00, and all the seats were full. Many skewers were sold out late, so if you have something to ask for, we recommend that you come to the store early. The order is smooth and you can have a drink right away.
.. The skewers were delicious and the sashimi was good. The clerk was chatting and I was a little disappointed.
