★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは、なかなか良心的な接客。マグロ系は美味しかったけど、他はまずまずでした。蒲田店は、独自で茶碗蒸しをランチタイムのサービスにしているとの事、茶碗蒸し好きな私は単品で追加しようと思っていたので、ミニサイズの茶碗蒸しでしたが、サービスなのは嬉しかったな～
The clerk is a very conscientious customer service. The tuna was delicious, but the others were decent. The Kamata store has its own chawanmushi service at lunchtime, and since I like chawanmushi, I was thinking of adding it as a single item, so it was a mini-sized chawanmushi, but I was happy that it was a service.

一個はプリプリ普通の生牡蠣
もう一つは、、、
超萎んだちっちゃい牡蠣で死んだ牡蠣出てきました
連れにプリプリの方に譲り小さい方食べましたが
食べた瞬間腐ってた
食べた瞬間次の日の事が気になった
次の日は想像にお任せします
連れと行ったので何も言わずにニコッと帰りましたがもう行きません
こんな萎んだ牡蠣は、僕が店長ならお客様には絶対出さない
その前に職人が捌いてる店ならそれくらいわかると思うし
今時居酒屋でもそれくらいわかるスタッフは居ると思うだけに?
最近海鮮でも安くクオリティーの高いお店が増える中、ビックリで握りは頼みませんでした
お酒の値段、つまみのクオリティーで考えたら
普通のお寿司屋さん行っても変わらないと思う
入りやすそうで入ったがやっぱりチェーン店ですね
それでも矢口店よりはマシかな程度です
迷わず、普通のお寿司屋さん行った方が良い
今は駅近でも、良心的なお寿司屋さんは沢山あります

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司屋の体をした居酒屋、ではなく、居酒屋的おつまみもある寿司チェーン店、ですかね。メニューに板前お任せの刺し盛りがあったので「旬なものをお任せで」とカウンターで言ったら通じたのか通じなかったのか、通常の5点盛りが来ましたので、そういう店だと思いました。でもクラフトビールも2種あったし、これはこれでアリだと思いました。寿司自体に過度な期待をしなければ。
