★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going annually for ten years. The place is now pretty much for tourists only. facilities were great but now old and tourists dont adhere to the buildings rules. The resort itself is also struggling. our favorite restaurants have all closed in the past three years. look elsewhere if you want a more Japanese experience. if you just want cheap easy access skiing from tokyo still a good option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great skiing for beginners. Would give the skiing five stars. Lifts are good. Great variety of hills for various levels of skiers. Resort and the restaurants in the resort were outdated thus 3 stars. Best to eat at the restaurants on the slopes. Red roof Australian restaurant had a great lunch set, and cappuccinos. Excellent! Five stars! Great prices and cheap draft beer. Definitely recommend!
