★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 低評価の方は実住ではない方ではないでしょうか？入居率は高いですし湯沢エリアは問題多い等の負動産での評判はありますが環境は豊かですし都内にも近くコロナ問題でテレワーク地方移住で話題のエリアだと思います。冬はシーズンで人気ありますし私も賃貸で投資で所有してますが周辺のマンションに比べると良いと思いますよ。
長年不動産運用をしていますが管理費や人口、メンテナンスの問題もあるのでそこをクリアすれば星5です。

The occupancy rate is high, and the Yuzawa area has a reputation for negative movables such as many problems, but the environment is rich and it is close to Tokyo, and I think that it is a hot topic area for telework local migration due to the corona problem. Winter is popular in the season, and I own it for rent as an investment, but I think it's better than the surrounding condominiums.
I have been managing real estate for many years, but there are problems with management costs, population, and maintenance, so if I clear them, it will be 5 stars.
