m	mas tak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年子連れで利用しますが、最高です。建物がしっかりしていて清潔感があり。かけ流し温泉含む大浴場、室内プール、ジム、卓球台、地下スキーロッカー完備。テニスコート、バーベキュー場、露天風呂もあります。但し、露天風呂は中層階・高層階の窓から丸見えなので水着着用です。室内温水プールはそんな大きくはないけど子連れで遊ぶには充分。夏休みで雨だったりするとちょっと混んでる場合があります。コロナで2020年はプール使用不可→2021年8月現在は使用可となっていました（フロントに事前申請が必要）。ジムはランニングマシン2台、筋トレマシン4台（ロウイング、チェストフライ、レッグプレス、レッグカール）、あと腹筋台、ストレッチマット。隣に幼児向けのキッズルーム（滑り台的な）があります。 1Fのレストランは安くて美味しいのでお気に入り。しかし2020年～2021年夏現在、休業中。残念。フロントの方々も館内のスタッフの方々も気持ちの良い対応してくれます。唯一気になったのは、今年（2021年夏）は何かもんもん入ったのが増えたなぁ、どっかの反社が部屋買ったのかな。大浴場やプールで子連れの時に、やたらもんもんと一緒になって地味に嫌でした。 I use it with my children every year, but it's the best. j	joeyorca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暴落が続く湯沢町のリゾマンで数少ない、今後も値段が付きそうな物件。このエリアのリゾマンとしては後発なので築浅なのと、エアコンが設置出来るのが大きなメリット。今時の湯沢の夏はフツーに30℃超えなので冷房無しでは過ごせません。ベランダが無く室外機が設置出来ない物件は窓タイプの冷房しか取り付けられず、かなり辛いらしい。大浴場は岩風呂が源泉掛け流し。同じ浴場の他の浴槽は循環。露天風呂は国道から見て裏手にあり、目隠しが低いので高層階から丸見えなので女性は水着着用推奨。他にテニスコート、バーベキューテラス、トレーニングルーム、屋内プール (どちらかというと子供向け)、展望ラウンジがあります。オーナーはこれらが基本的に無料で利用出来ます(BBQコンロ等一部有料になる設備もあり)。これだけ共用部が充実していながら管理費がリーズナブル。ネックは本体価格で、ワンルームでも200万位する。ただ逆に言えば今後も売却出来る可能性が高いという事なので一概にデメリットとも言い切れない。 In Yuzawa Town's Resoman where the crash continues A few properties that are likely to continue to be priced.
