h	hi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン黄金伊勢佐木モール店。横浜中区伊勢佐木三丁目。今日は土曜日お昼前に店着。先客は8人程、カウンターに3人で満席状態。手前のテーブル席には5人程がたむろしていました。テーブル席奥の二人席に案内されました。後はカウンター1席、テーブル4人席が3セットだけとなりました。昼過ぎには、満席状態になりました。注文は、スペシャルセット、900円セットのチャーハンラーメンにしました。普通盛りでこの値段は、魅力的です。待っていると、先にラーメンが着丼しましたが、誰かのと間違えて配膳した戻りを再配膳され、少しだけ気持ち悪さが残りました。次のチャーハンは、ラーメン配膳してから暫くして、チャーハン用の白ご飯を炊飯器からボールに集めている様子を見てしまってから、鍋でチャーハンを炒めている音が聞こえて来ましたが約3分後、直ぐにチャーハンが配膳さました。セットものを考えていない調理配膳です。ラーメンは麺がスープ吸って伸び始めていました。やっと揃ってからの実食。チャーハンは、薄味でしたが完食した頃には調度良い味わいになりました。付け合せの紅生姜が味変のポイントになり、大変美味しく頂きました。ラーメンは、だいぶ伸び始めていましたが、黒胡椒トッピングでサクッと完食完飲しました。昔懐かしい中華そば的な味わいでした。麺が汁を吸っていましたが、最期までシコシコして腰があり美味しく頂きました。あっと言う間に完食完飲しました。ご馳走様でした。 Ramen Golden Ise Saki Mall store. 3-chome, Isezaki, Naka-ku, Yokohama.
