整備（サービス）の事は、とても対応が良くして頂き嬉しく思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスマネージャーと思われるスタッフの接客が最低です。いらっしゃいませやありがとうございましたの声掛けも無く、常に上から目線という感じなので、今後この店舗を利用することはありません。
The service manager who seems to be a service manager is the least. There is no need to say "thank you" or "Thank you", and I always look from above, so I will never use this store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニュークラウンの試乗に行ってきました。「いつかはクラウン」のコピー通りトヨタを代表する高級車です。海外での生産・輸出はなく、日本専用車です。そのクラウンを販売するディーラーのトヨタは、トヨペットと並ぶトヨタの屋台骨です。米子店は皆生通りに面し、店舗の間口が狭く見つけ難いところはありますが、店内は清潔で受付の応対もよく、セールスも、豊富な知識を持つベテランの方が多いと思います。
2Lガソリンターボ車なら、600万円弱で買えます。

店のポリシーでしょうか。
以前こちらの店に新車購入の見積もりに行った時は最初から制限解除の料金も盛り込んだ見積もりをいただいていたのに‥
いずれにしても、他のトヨタ店では快く引き受けてくださったので安心しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大分まえだが車検に出したら、素人だと高い料金とってバッテリーのチェックせずに返してバッテリーがあがった。整備もろくに出来ない、こんな会社で車買いたくない。
