信玄鶏という銘柄鶏を使用しているのですがこれがなかなか！！
とても美味しいです。
その他居酒屋メニューっぽいのも結構あって、まだまだ、全然頼めてないですが
焼き鳥は美味しい。
鶏皮ポン酢が揚げと茹での二種類選べるのはいいですね。
揚げかわポン酢が美味しいです。
店員さんの対応もいい感じです。
奥さんともすっかり最近はよく行くお店になりました。
またこれからも利用します。

最近は付け出しでもそれなりの料理を出すのが一般的な中、ここの付け出しは、原価がゼロに近い、不味いキャベツ。
接客含めて、良いところもあり、だめなところもありの、平均的な店ですかね

熱燗と焼き鳥。
僕にとって、寒い冬場を乗り切る最高の組み合わせだ。
その最高の組み合わせをよく頂く場所が池袋西口。
でも、結構お店は攻めたような気がしていたんだけど、まだまだだったね。
その日はそんな池袋の焼き鳥屋、勇さんに入った。
お目当ては、1000円の「おつかれさまセット」。
これは焼鳥か串揚げかを数本チョイスして、数品の中から1品チョイス出来るおつまみ、そして好きな数種類から1種類チョイスできる飲み物という構成。
この日は焼鳥＋ポテトサラダ＋生ビール（気分的に熱燗じゃなくビールにしたｗ）という構成にした。
早速、ポテトサラダが登場、ビールと共にいただく。
ゴキュ！ゴキュ！プハァ・・・美味し！
いやー、僕は大抵２，３人で飲むんだけど（多すぎても☓。だって会話にならないからね）、一人で飲むのもこれまた良し。
色んな思いを馳せて、明日の活力が生まれたりするのだ。
そして焼鳥。
つくねを食べ、砂肝を食べ、ビールで流し込む。
あー、幸せ。
そんな小さなしあわせを1000円で味わえる、「おつかれさまセット」。
とっても良かったね！
2016/02 visit

The aim is a 1000 yen "Otsukare-sama set".

On this day, I made the composition of yakitori + potato salad + draft beer (w that I made beer instead of hot sake).
Immediately, potato salad appeared and served with beer.
Gokyu! Gokyu! Puha ... delicious!
No, I usually drink with a few people (too much ☓, because it's not a conversation), but it's also good to drink alone.
With various thoughts, tomorrow's vitality will be born.
And yakitori.
Eat meatballs, gizzards, and pour in beer.
Ah, happy.
You can enjoy such a small happiness for 1000 yen, "Otsukare-sama set".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で訪問できないのでランチタイムにデリバリーサービスでお取り寄せしてみました。炭火焼き鳥「重」と炭火焼き鳥「丼」のどちらにしようか散々悩んだ末、「せせり」に惹かれて重を選択。
手羽先２本、ネギマ、つくね、せせりに、味玉半分と口直しの紅ショウガとシシトウが付いた見事なお重が届きました。（写真添付）焼き鳥はいずれも炭火の香りが香ばしく、焼き加減も絶妙で美味しいです。とりわけ、せせりのコリコリ感が何とも言えない触感です。せせりに吸い寄せられたのは大正解だったみたいです。ネギマやつくねとの触感の違いが楽しめます。
白米もべったりしておらず、鳥そぼろと海苔が少々振りかけてあって適度なパサパサ加減が大変美味。逆に、味玉の黄身の部分はまったくパサパサしておらず、狙ったようなねっとりした食感が最高。
これは良いお店に出会いました。ウー〇ーイーツのおススメ機能ぐっじょぶです。地元なのに何故今まで知らなかったんだろう。次は単品の焼き鳥を食べてみたいです。コロナが落ち着いた頃にはお店にも直接お邪魔して宴会お願いしたいところ。

店頭に置いてあった
「19時まで1000円晩酌セット」に目が留まり入店。

飲食街のど真ん中にお店があります。

至って普通の居酒屋といった感じ。
カウンターもあって、アクリル板が設置されていました。

・1000円セット
ドリンク1杯、小鉢、焼き鳥4本が付いてきます。
別途お通し代がかかります。
この日のお通りは塩だれキャベツ。
塩だれが濃くてちょっときつかったです。
ドリンクは角ハイボールをチョイス。
ジョッキになみなみ注いでくれました。
こういうサービス精神素敵ですね。
小鉢は5種類くらいから選べて
私は枝豆をチョイス。
茹で加減が丁度良かったです！
しっかり枝豆が美味しいお店って
意外と少ないですよね。
串は好きなものを4本選べます。
これも嬉しいサービス！
他のお店だと串は決まっていたりしますもんね。
レバー、ハツ、ささみわさび、せせりをオーダー。
レバーとささみは半レアでとても好きな火入れでした。
というか串どれも美味しくてびっくり。
これで1000円なんて破格です！

ここは西口の飲み屋の出すランチの中でも値段に対する最高レベルのものが食べられると思う。なお、ランチの焼き鳥ざんまい重980円しか食べたことはない
毎週一回は来るから継続的にランチを出してほしいが、残念なことにそんなに混んでないから無理なんだろうな…
この店はもっと評価されるべきだと思う
