★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事は美味しくて飲み放題のメニューも豊富。
席はテーブルか掘炬燵かと思っていたが、通された部屋はお座敷だったので 減点しました。
無理に人数を入れてもらったのもあるが、壁側の真ん中にいた人は身動きが取れず可哀想だった。
コスパはよいが食べきれず残してしまって申し訳なかった。
料理少なめで 後から追加が出来るような仕組みがあるとよいと思う。
 The food is delicious and the menu is all you can drink.
We thought that seat was table or kotatsu, but penalized because room which was passed was parlor.
I was forced to put in the number of people, but the person in the middle of the wall could not move and was poor.
Cospa was good, but I was sorry I couldn't eat it and left it.
I think it would be nice to have a mechanism that can be added later with fewer dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人5人と誕生日会で利用。お誕生日記念日コースで予約させていただきました。飲み放題付きで10品、料理やコースの内容もよく、友人にもサプライズケーキで喜んでもらい大変満足しました。
以前接客の仕事をしていた為、つい接客態度やサービスを見てしまう癖があるのですが、店員さんの対応もよくとても親切にしていただきました。
カップル席などもあるみたいなので、次回はデートで利用させていただこうと思います。
Use at a birthday party with 5 friends. I made a reservation for the birthday anniversary course. 10 items with all-you-can-drink, good food and course content, and my friends were very happy with the surprise cake.
Since I had been working as a customer service before, there was a habit of seeing customer service attitudes and services, but the staff was very kind and helpful.
There seems to be a couple seats, so I think I'll use them on a date next time.

どの料理も美味しくて、店員さんの対応も優しかったので皆大満足でした♪
誕生日ケーキをお願いしましましたが、名前を入れていただいたプレートがとても可愛く、BGMも流していただいてサプライズ演出ができ良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！
また、店内は薄暗い照明で雰囲気がとても良かったので、デートにもぴったりだなと思いました！
池袋での女子会・デートにぜひオススメしたいです♪

Also, the interior was very dim and the atmosphere was very good, so I thought it was perfect for a date!
I would definitely recommend it for a girls-only gathering and date in Ikebukuro ♪

洞窟の様な店内は入った瞬間に異世界に迷い込んだような、雰囲気がとても良く、デートでここを選んで大正解♪
料理は記念日コースをお願いしました。
コース料理はどれも美味しかったです！
盛り付けもオシャレでインスタ映えもいいんじゃないかな？笑
料理の量、飲み放題の種類もとても多くて、彼女も大満足で喜んでくれました！
口コミで接客の問題を目にしましたが、とても明るくて元気な店員さんだなって印象かな？

テーマが洞窟ということなので、それも演出なのかもしれませんが、所々に巣があります。カップル席の場合、かなり距離が近いので、男女の巣にはなりそうですが←
利用したのは地下2階の席でした。飲み物は種類が多め。料理はピザが手作り感があって、チェーン店とは違う味が楽しめました。オーダーはカラオケボックスのように電話を使うので、声を張らないと来ない、ということはありません。注文してから到着までは、気にならない時間でした。機会があればまた行くかもしれないです。

食前のスパークリングワイン美味しかったです！

料理は何を頼んでもハズレがありませんでした。特にソーセージとポテトのプレートはつまみにもってこいです！
気になったのは店内の床や席の細かいところが少し汚れているところですね、お客さんが触れるようなところも埃がたまっていたり、トイレがすごい臭いだったり、、
雰囲気がとても良いし料理もお酒も美味しいのでそこだけが残念でした…。
注文は回線を使いますので感染症対策もばっちりだなと思いました。
