★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking in Nara line to this station, this is where you get off for Fushimi Inari shrine and the Torii gate tunnel.
Very small station, but pretty simple and across the street from the shrine.
This is one of the first few stops, but there are quite a few after, so at times, it can get crowded on the way back to Kyoto station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny. I thought this station would be bigger since I figured a ton of people visit Inari shrine. And while that is the case, the station is quite simple and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train station located conveniently from Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. Access is easy and there are IC card recharging booths near the gates. Please do watch your kids as there are no guardrails or barricades which divide the track from the walkway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the local stops here. There are 3 other faster trains on this Nara line that don't stop here so careful which one you get on if heading here from Kyoto station. Station is small but functional.
