It is a short staircase that goes down under the torii gate to the Hanazono Inari Shrine that was built in the early Edo period.

味噌汁も赤味噌が美味しくてお替わりが止まらない。
いつも上野は雨になりがちなのですが、
ここは雨でも雰囲気が合うので落ち着いた時間が過ごせます。二千円くらいからとちょっと高いですが、ゆっくりご飯をするには良い店です。
It was used for lunch for the second time. Bean rice is just right with just the right amount of salt, and the replacement doesn't stop.
As for miso soup, red miso is delicious and the replacement is unstoppable.
Ueno always tends to rain, but
The atmosphere here is good even in the rain, so you can spend a calm time. It's a little expensive, starting at around 2,000 yen, but it's a good place to have a leisurely meal.
