鈴	鈴木定光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば（手打ち）530円かけそば（同上）530円先代がJR宇都宮西口のTそば店で技術習得して1989年に開業した「手打ち蕎麦屋」さんで、今は二代目が営んでいます。客室は席間広く、テーブル席、座卓のキャパ50人くらい。スタッフの明るい接客はグッド! 2021年7月上旬の平日昼間に訪問しました。「もりそば（530円）」を頂きました。手打ち蕎麦は、香り旨味とも普通ですが、丁寧な中太切りで繋がり良好です。食感は硬めです。つけ汁は、甘めのちょっとつける江戸風。 ♯手打ち蕎麦 Morisoba (handmade) 530 yen Kake soba (same as above) 530 yen The predecessor was a "handmade soba restaurant" that opened in 1989 after learning techniques at the T-soba restaurant at the west exit of JR Utsunomiya, and is now run by the second generation. The guest rooms are large, with table seats and seating capacity of about 50 people. The cheerful customer service of the staff is good! I visited during the daytime on weekdays in early July 2021. I received "Mori Soba (530 yen)". Handmade soba has a normal aroma and umami, but it is well connected with a careful medium-thick slice. The texture is hard. M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9カ月の赤ちゃんを連れて初めて伺いました。メニューにはうどんと書いてありませんでしたが聞いたらかけうどんを作ってくださりました。また、女性の方が子供用のスプーンを赤ちゃん用のやつに変更してくださったり麺を切るハサミなどを出してくれました。初めてこんなに素敵なおもてなしをしてくださるお店に出会ってとても感動しました。お蕎麦もうどんもおいしかったのでまた伺わせていただきます！また、価格もとてもリーズナブルで⭕ I visited for the first time with a 9-month-old baby. The menu didn't say udon, but when I asked him, he made kake udon. Also, a woman changed the spoon for children to one for babies and gave me scissors to cut noodles. 高	高橋麻希子（マキロン） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してから5分位で蕎麦が出来上がりました。山菜おろし蕎麦を食べました。コシが強くて少し硬い感じがしましたが、美味しかったです。主人は盛り蕎麦大盛り頼みましたが、やはり硬いと言ってました。お店の方はご夫婦でやられていて、仲良さそうで、明るい対応で気持ちがよかったです。 Soba was ready in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ate grated edible wild plants soba. It was strong and a little hard, but it was delicious. My husband asked for a large serving of soba noodles, but he said it was still hard. The shop staff was a couple, and they seemed to be on good terms, and the cheerful response made me feel good.
