Appleのサポートセンターからの予約で行きました。最初の対応はとても親切にして頂きましたが、最後のお返しが最悪。ケースもiPhone本体も検証の結果正常だったと伝えられ店舗ではきちんと充電されてたのですが、自宅で行った時純正バッテリー付きケースが本体と同時に充電できず、コードとアダプタを2〜3個ずつ変えたり再起動しても治らなかったと伝えて他に可能性はないのか聞いても こちらの不具合の一点張り。他のスタッフやAppleの方に確認するなり、ありますよね? 帰る時ありがとうございましたや、また何かございましたらお問い合わせくださいなどの声掛けも一切なくスルー。バイトの高校生とかならまだわからなくないけども、 いい歳いった大人の対応とは思えません。こちやが若いから舐めてるのかとしか思えない対応だった。

星はゼロに近い、受付のおばさんが対応しましたが混んでるのは承知で伺いました。 受付の人は横柄な態度でイライラさせてしまう残念なコミュニケーション能力しか持ってないおばさんでした。 次の人も待ってるからと言ってましたが見れば分かります。 程んどの方が予約で来店してるのにどのくらい待てば良いのか経験で分かると思いますが、時間のことも結構待ちますとかなり曖昧。 発言が上からで非常にイライラしましたが、一生行くことはないですね。 Apple Storeに行くことにします。

iPhone二台分のバッテリー交換で初来店。評判に聞いていましたが、スタッフさんの対応がとっても親切で分かりやすい対応。担当は女性のスタッフさんでしたが、1台のスマホがまだバッテリーの残量が残っているので取り替える必要もないことも事前に説明して頂いたり、良心的なんだな~と好感が持てました。スマホのガラスの保護フィルムは店長さん自ら綺麗に貼って頂けて、大満足でした。 いいお店に出会えてホント良かったです。

対応最悪でした。 不具合があってわざわざ行ったのに検証出来ないから認められないの一点張り。しかも高圧的な態度での接客。いい大人がこの接客はあり得ないと感じました。 こちらは不具合があって行っているのになにも対応してくれない、それどころかまるでこちらが悪いかのような言いぶり。今後行くことは絶対ないです。非常に不快。お店の前を通るのすら嫌です。

Super helpful staff. There was no service in English but the person helping me was amazing and ended up saving me some money by doing some extra troubleshooting. A bit tricky to find - it is behind a retail computer shop on the ground floor. You can make appoints through the Apple Support App.

I made an appointment here after receiving a list of suggested providers from the Apple support website. The staff were very helpful and we managed to understand each other without too much trouble. My Japanese is very poor; the consultant's English was better! My MacBook battery repair was completed several days earlier than first estimated. I was very happy to get my laptop back quickly as I needed it for work. Thank you for the great service!
